'ZX-9 Zhenxin Epoxy Powder Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's 'Preparation and Curing Conditions' instructions reference 'ZX-9-1', dated '2024/02/26'. Cure for 30 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
KARUMEL EX4413-F103. Factory applied, fusion bonded, epoxy powder coating available in blue or red. Apply and cure in accordance with 'Application Guide KARUMEL EX4413-F103', issue 'KCSA-230201', dated February 2023, (curing as per Section 3.6). For use with water up to 85°C.
'SGPAM-CN-WB01'. Factory applied, blue coloured water based coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'PAMPIPE-TDC-WA04', version '4', dated '16/11/2022'. Cure for 30 minutes@50°C. For use with water up to 23°C. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'CORROPOXY-FGE400'. Factory applied, red coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's Application Procedures 'CPE/ FGE-400/Procd. /02', 'issue no - 03', dated '12.05.2022'. Cure for 30 minutes@45°C. For use with water up to 45°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Welmortar-BFS'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand:cement:water in a 3:2:1 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's SOP document 'WDIPL/QA/WI/14B', revision '01', dated '08.02.2023'. Cure for 28 days@30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Welmortar-SRP'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand:cement:water in a 3:2:1 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's SOP document 'WDIPL/QA/WI/14C', revision '1', dated '08.02.2023'. Cure for 28 days@30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Resicoat RS Redbrown & Blue'. ‘Resicoat RS 506530’ (blue coloured) was added to the approval in December 2024. Factory applied, two component, redbrown or blue coloured epoxy coatings. Mix in a ratio of 2:1 and apply as per product sheet 'revision no. 4' dated 'May 11, 2023'. Harden for 24 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 60°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Klubertop TP 38-901’. Site applied, (transparent) white coloured PTFE lubricant coating. Apply and cure as per Kluber Lubrication product information sheet ‘Prod. 099030, en-GB, Edition 12.05.2022’. For use with water up to 85°C.
