All are for use with water up to 85°C.

Mix the base and curing agent in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ‘April 2010’. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 45°C. In September 2025, ‘Pentaline DT-750 Blue' was added to the approval. Factory applied, blue coloured, two component epoxy coating consisting of a base and curing agent. Mix the base and curing agent in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ‘April 2010’. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'YHGuard8680 Primer & YHChlor6200 Topcoat'. Factory applied, blue coloured (once applied), coating system comprising of an epoxy primer and polyethylene topcoat. 'YHGuard8680 Primer’ comprises of a binder and hardener to be mixed in a 30:2.5 weight ratio before being applied as per manufacturer’s data sheet ‘8680 20220601’. Cure for 12 hours@25°C. Apply ‘YHChlor6200 Topcoat' as per manufacturer’s data sheet ‘6200 20220601’. Cure for 5 hours hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'RMD 7080/xx, RUD 2230/xx, RMD 7100/xx, RUD 2247/xx, RUD 2273/xx, RMD 7061/xx'. 'xx' denotes the customer and can be replaced with numbers between 01 & 99. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '0703231010' dated 14.03.23. Cure for 10 minutes@860°C. For use with water up to 85°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. '5013 High chlorinated polyethylene anticorrosive coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured polyethylene coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS/IFU number '001', dated '2022.11.30'. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Maxline 100 Potable Water Coating Blue & Grey'. Site applied, two-component polyurethane coatings which are available in blue or grey colours (once mixed). Mix Part A (blue or grey opaque liquid) with Part B (amber, translucent liquid) in a 100:30.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'TDSMLI100.rv5.04042023'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Lionpak® 2300’. Grey coloured, braided GFO gland packing. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a gland packing material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.

WC flushing cistern incorporating a side entry BS 1212-4 compact type float operated inlet valve providing a Type AG air gap with a dual flush drop valve for full flush volumes of up to 6 litres and a reduced flush of up to 4 litres. M100 & M100-B30 ranges of hot press moulded GRP sectional, pre-insulated, cold water storage cisterns. The cisterns are sealed with butyl rubber and are supplied with a float operated valve (gunmetal or DZR brass body depending on size). The rooves are fitted with one or more sealed manhole access points, which can also be fitted at low level if required. Larger cisterns are fitted with stainless steel ties, GRP roof struts & GRP ladders. The M100-B30 models are supplied with a screened tank overflow, a screened tank breather, two-way expansion pipe tee piece, tank lid adaptor and tank connections.
