The compression connections are for use with copper pipe to BS EN 1057:2006+A1:2010 only. The pressure reducing valve adjustment ranges are as follows: 1.5-6.0 bar (CWIC351306 model). 5.0-10.0 bar (CWIC351305 model). For models added January 2022: 1.0-3.5 bar (CWIC351300 and CWIC351303 models). 1.0-2.1 bar (CWIC351301 model). The pressure relief valve is pre-set at follows: 6.0 bar (CWIC351300 model added January 2022). 8.0 bar (CWIC351306 and models added January 2022: CWIC351301 and CWIC351303). 13.0 bar (CWIC351305). The products also incorporate a single check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for back flow protection against Fluid Category 2) and a stainless-steel strainer. The pressure relief valve is fitted with a rotary type easing gear. Models feature an analogue display on side of valve body. Maximum inlet supply pressure of existing models: 8.0 or 13.0 bar (depending on model). Maximum inlet supply pressure of models added January 2022: 16.0 bar. Cold water use only.
A range of combination valves consisting of an in-line pressure reducing valve and pressure relief valve (pre-set at 6.0 bar) with DZR Brass body, NBR `O`-rings and EPDM diaphragm. The product incorporates an integral stainless steel mesh filter and an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar, minimum outlet pressure 2.8 bar and maximum outlet pressure 3.2 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of pressurisation units with the flow controlled by a solenoid valve which is actuated via a pressure activated switch. The product incorporates a type BA, reduced pressure zone valve (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 4). The expansion valve is fitted with a rotary type easing gear. Maximum inlet supply pressure 10.0 bar. Cold water use only.
