Site applied, black coloured, two part polyurethane elastomer coating (Aqualine 400) to be used in conjunction with a two part epoxy primer (Irabond BC50). Mix and apply the primer as per the technical data sheet dated 05/2018. Mix and apply the coating as per the technical data sheet dated 05/2018. Cure coat 1 for 24 hours@7°C. Cure coat 2 for 20 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Raymond Microsilica Modified Cement Mortar’. Site applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement/sand in a 1:1.1 mass ratio. To this add microsilica at 5%, achieved by mixing cement mix/microsilica in a mass ratio of 1:0.05 and water at 1:0.32 (cement mix/water). Add the Conplast RP 264 at a ratio of 8ml per kilo of cement. Cure for 28 days at a temperature of between 10°C and 35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'PU4960 Unpigmented Coating, Grey Coating & Blue Coating'. Site applied, two component, un-pigmented (appears off-white, opaque), grey coloured or blue coloured polyurethane coating. Mix parts A & B in a 3:1 weight ratio. Cure for 7 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Resiline 320'. Site applied, light blue coloured, two-component polyurea coating. Mix the base (white coloured liquid) and activator (blue coloured liquid) in a 1.5:1 volume ratio and then spray apply. Cure for 1 hour@3°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Interline 975'. Site applied, two-part epoxy coating comprising of Part A (white, opaque liquid) and Part B (amber, translucent liquid). Mix as per manufacturer’s instructions ref. ‘3577’ dated 31/07/2017. The coating is white coloured once mixed. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Intercrete 4820’. Site applied, grey coloured waterproof mortar. Mix Intercrete 4820 & water in a mass ratio of 8.33:1. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Belzona 1111 (Super Metal)’. Site applied, two-component, grey coloured (when mixed) epoxy coating comprising of a base (dark grey coloured) and solidifer (light grey coloured). Mix, apply and cure (cure according to ‘immersion in chemicals’) as per manufacturer's instructions for use `publication no. 10-08-19’. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Interline 925P Light Grey'. Site applied applied, two-component, grey coloured (once mixed) epoxy coating comprising of Part A (grey coloured, opaque paint) and Part B (brown coloured, translucent liquid). Mix Parts A and B in a 4.93:1 mass ratio. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Interline 925 White with Ceilcote 680M Primer'. Site applied, white coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy coating comprising of a two-component primer and two-component top-coat. The primer (Ceilcote 680M) comprises of Part A (uncoloured liquid) and Part B (uncoloured liquid). Mix Parts A and B in a 3:1 volume ratio. Cure for 10 days@30°C. The top-coat (Interline 925 White) comprises of Part A (white coloured, opaque paint) and Part B (white coloured, opaque paste). Mix Parts A and B in a 4.99:1 mass ratio. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Brushbond FLXIII'. Site applied, grey coloured, two-part elastomeric/cementitious coating. Mix and apply in accordance with manufacturer's instructions 'v10' dated October 2020. Cure coat 1 for 18 hours@7°C. Cure coat 2 for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval.
