For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSAW-JAL Ordinary Portland Cement'. Factory applied cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.5 weight ratio. Cure for 27 days@20-25°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSAW-JAL Portland Blast Furnace Slag Cement'. Factory applied cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.5 weight ratio. Cure for 27 days@20-25°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Deep Seal Liquid Epoxy Paint'. Factory applied, two-component epoxy paint consisting of a base and activator, available in red/brown, grey, blue & white colours. Mix base and activator in a volume ratio of 3:1. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'NP-F9500 PW'. Factory applied, blue coloured powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'FBE/ REV00 01-02-201'. Cure for 3 minutes@240°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ZX-9 Zhenxin Epoxy Powder Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per product instructions 'File No. ZX-9-HY/NG' dated '2019-6-2'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Polyester Blue 5010 High Gloss-207770501000'. Factory applied, blue coloured polyester powder coating. Apply as per TDS for 'Series 7000 Polyester Powders', issue ref. '09-8637555', updated '5/17'. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Sigmaguard CSF 585'. Factory applied, light blue coloured two component epoxy coating consisting of a base and hardener. Mix base & hardener in a volume ratio of 77.5:22.5. Cure for 15 days@21°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hempadur 35560 Cream Coating with Hempadur 15590 Red Primer'. Factory applied, cream coloured, two-component epoxy coating for use with epoxy primer. ‘Hempadur 15590 Red Primer’ is a two-component primer which is mixed in a 15:4 volume ratio and can be cured for 16 hours@20°C or 4 days@20°C. 'Hempadur 35560 Cream’ is a two-component coating which is mixed in a 6.8:2 volume ratio and then cured for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 35°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ELECTROLINE ES 1212'. Factory applied, white coloured, two-component, solvent -free epoxy coating. Mix base and hardener in a 2:1 volume ratio. Cure for 7 days@28°C - 30°C. From August 2019 to October 2022 the coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From November 2022 to August 2024 the coating is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
