Back To Directory Sections'Birla SRPC - Electrocement'. Factory applied, grey coloured, cement mortar. Mix cement, sand & water in a mass ratio of 0.6:1.0:0.22. Cure for 24 hours@27°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Electrocement CEM1-SR3 - Dalmia SRPC'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resisting Portland cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 0.6:1.0:0.22. Cure for 4 days at 26°C, and then at 32°C for a further 24 days OR 24 hours@27°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Kubotaseal BM'. Factory applied, black coloured asphaltic bituminous coating. Apply as per manufacturer's PDS reference `11004T-1.4' dated Feb, 20, 2020. Cure 6 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. Materials listed in this section are not approved for use for contact with water that is required to be wholesome on large water retaining structures such as lining of pipes, cisterns or water storage tanks. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SC3 Blue PTFE Coating'. Blue coloured, factory applied, PTFE coating intended to coat 'O' rings. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions 'LDAP-007 issue 1' dated 11/02/2020. For use with water up to 85°C.
'MORAPOX-WP'. Factory applied, two-part, red coloured epoxy coating comprising of a paint and hardener. Mix paint and hardener in a 2:1 volume ratio. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'YS-01 Powder Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instruction document 'HJ-Q-SOP-05' dated 2020-1-10. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'XX-CM1'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's safety data sheet 'A1: 26-01-2020'. Cure for 5 hours@30°C and then steam cure for 6 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'XX-CM2'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's safety data sheet 'A1: 26-01-2020'. Cure for 5 hours@30°C and then steam cure for 6 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'XX-CM3'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resistant cement mortar. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's safety data sheet 'A1: 26-01-2015'. Cure for 5 hours@30°C and then steam cure for 6 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Interline 925P Off White'. Site applied, two-component, white coloured (once mixed) epoxy coating comprising of Part A (white coloured, opaque paint) and Part B (brown coloured, translucent liquid). Mix Parts A and B in a 4.93:1 mass ratio. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
