Range of wall hung, gas fired, combination boilers providing domestic hot water via a plate heat exchanger. The primary circuit incorporates an integral expansion vessel and a pressure relief valve set at 3.0 bar. The product is supplied with a rigid pipe filling loop, followed by a separate isolation valve. The filling loop pipe attaches to the cold water inlet valve which incorporates a double check valve assembly (verified by test, suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3) on the branch to the filling loop. The primary circuit includes an isolation valve on the flow and return and is also supplied with two loose 22mm compression isolation valves and a filter. ‘Alpha’ range of circulator pumps with either a composite (plastic) or stainless steel body, plastic impellor and EPDM ‘O’-rings. The Alpha 1 model B CIL3 has a black motor housing. The Alpha 1 model B and the Alpha 2 model E stainless steel body models have either a black or red motor housing. All other models have a red motor housing. The secondary circuit is factory fitted with a temperature and pressure relief valve set at 7.0 bar @ 90˚C. Cure for 7 days@28°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'RC851 S'. Factory applied, mustard coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS reference 'NT-0230-UK-081222-A', dated 08/12/22. Cure for 15 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 70°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SGPAM-CN-WB01 - Black'. Factory applied, black coloured water based coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet 'PAMPIPE-TDC-WA04'. Cure for 30 min at 50°C plus 7 days at 23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'CEC-GFS Enamel, Black Blue RAL5004'. Factory applied, blue/black (appears black) coloured, enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'ZZ-Ins001', dated '2021.01.01'. GFS-G base glaze: dry for 15 Minutes at 200°C then fire for 12 minutes at 870ºC. GFS-S surface glaze: dry for 15 Minutes at 200°C then fire for 10 minutes at 830ºC. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the drying and firing conditions that appear on the approval. If the drying and/or firing are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Welmortar-III'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 2:3:0.85. Apply as per manufacturer's Standard Operating Procedure 'WDIPL/QA/WI/14A', revision '0', dated '01.10.2021'. Cure for 21 days at 30°C & 70% humidity. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'SG300'. Clear (colourless) silicone spray lubricant. Apply as per manufacturer's datasheet 'issue 1' dated January 2022. For use with water up to 85°C.
