Range of wall mounted thermostatic blending valves with chrome plated brass bodies and ceramic disc headwork with a dome type operating member. Temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge also with a dome type operating member. Inlets incorporate single check valve cartridges however, the complete assembly has not been tested to demonstrate it provides adequate backflow protection. The products are supplied with a shower hose and handset. Maximum working pressure 10.0 Bar Maximum operating temperature 60.0°C
Range of wall mounted thermostatic shower valves, (brass bodies - various finishes), incorporating a thermostatic cartridge controlling the temperature. Supplied with either single lever or cross top operating members depending on model and with a manual override button. The inlets incorporate stainless steel strainers and approved check valve cartridges, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85ºC.
Range of combined temperature and relief valves incorporating DZR brass bodies and PTFE washers. Valves incorporate a manually operated rotational easing gear and can be supplied pre-set at 6.0 bar, 7.0 bar, 8.0 bar or 10.0 bar. Compression outlet connections are for use with copper pipe (manufactured to EN1057, R250). Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 90°C.
Range of in-line adjustable pressure reducing valves, with nickel plated DZR brass bodies and stainless-steel strainer. Various models are supplied with a pressure gauge (see model). Compression models are for use with BS EN1057 copper pipe. Maximum working pressure 16.0 Bar. Outlet pressure range: 0.8-6.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C.
Range of pilot operated, adjustable, pressure reducing control valves with blue epoxy coated ductile iron bodies. The valves are supplied with a pilot valve, three spherical valves and a needle valve. Maximum supply pressure 16.0 bar. Outlet pressure setting is adjustable in the range of 2.0 – 12.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C. Above ground use only.
Angled ball valve with a DZR brass body, chromium plated brass ball, EPDM ‘O’-ring and PTFE seats. Compression connection to be used with copper pipe EN1057. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
