'EPX-111'. Blue coloured, factory applied epoxy powder coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions XL-R-019-R1 dated 2015-11-12'. For use with water up to 23°C. 'EPX-213H Grey'. Factory applied, grey coloured, epoxy powder coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions 'XL-R-019-R2' dated '2015-11-12'. For use with water up to 85°C.
'SC2 Coating'. Factory applied, clear, PTFE based coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions 'LDAP-002 issue 1' dated 09-08-2016. For use with water up to 85°C.
'FIBER TECH 80, Low VOC fiberglass resin'. Factory applied, brown coloured polyester resin & fibreglass. Apply as per manufacturer's method statement reference 'PP-GRP-092021-R1' dated '21 Sept. 2020'. Cure for 48 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'SC1 Coating'. Factory applied, clear, PTFE based coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions 'LDAP-001 issue 1' dated 09-08-2016. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Korepox H.B EH3100'. Factory applied, two component, cream coloured epoxy resin coating. Mix in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated April 2009. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EPOKIM Painting System'. Factory applied, dark green coloured (once top coat applied), two-component epoxy coating comprising of a primer and top coat. The primer (EPOX code A0768.N05133 + cat.A0918.N00100) consists of a catalyst and hardener which should be mixed in a 100:43 volume ratio before applying two coats in accordance with instructions ‘W1_2021_00’ dated ‘25/10/2021’. Cure (flash-off) for 40 minutes@40°C. The top coat (EPOKIM HS code A0435.N02038 + cat.A0904.N00000) consists of a catalyst and hardener which should be mixed in a 100:16 volume ratio before applying one coat in accordance with instructions ‘W1_2021_00’ dated ‘25/10/2021’. Cure (flash-off) for 10 minutes@20°C. The complete system should then be ‘stoved’ for 60 minutes@70°C. For use with water up to 23°C.
'DUAYEN E-39'. Factory applied, two-component, red coloured (once mixed) epoxy coating. Mix Parts A&B in a volume ratio of 79.5:20.5 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions '00.05102021'. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ENDOPRENE®84-30 THIXO'. Factory applied, cream coloured two-part polyurethane coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix and apply as per manufacturer`s technical data sheet (version dated 16/12/2019). Cure for 48 hours at 20°C. For use with water up to 55°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ENDOPRENE® 891.20 RACCORD'. Factory applied, cream coloured two-part polyurethane coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix and apply as per manufacturer`s technical data sheet 'Doc. 087' (version dated 01/07/2011). Cure for 48 hours at 20°C. For use with water up to 55°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
"Bond-It Tanking Slurry". Site applied, grey coloured, two part (powder & water) cementitious waterproof coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer`s instructions 'Version 9' dated 06/08/20. Cure for 12 days at 7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
`Belzona 1321`. Site applied, two-part, epoxy amine coating available in grey or blue colours. Mix base and hardener in a 11:1 mass ratio. Apply and cure as per manufacturer’s IFU ‘FN10026’, publication number ’02-09-21’. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing conditions that appear on the approval.
