‘V’ and ‘VAI’ Ranges of solenoid valves with nylon bodies, incorporating EPDM O-rings and diaphragms. V series models are available with multiple outlet options in various sizes. Models also incorporate a plastic flow regulator and a strainer. Maximum working pressure 10.0 Bar. Cold water use only.
Range of normally open, normally closed or latching, in-line solenoids valves incorporating a manual override and adjustable flow limiter with nylon bodies (available in black or off-white), NBR O-rings and diaphragms. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Cold water use only. From September 2019 the ¾” BSP (F) & (M) and the 2” BSP (F) valves (and these sizes only) are approved with a maximum operating temperature of 60°C. All other sizes remain cold water use.
‘R Series, R Series Mini, R Series Dispenser, R Series Dual, R Series Universal & R Series Modular’ ranges of normally closed, normally open or latching solenoid valves with off-white nylon bodies, incorporating either NBR or silicone diaphragms with POM diaphragm inserts (only). The inlet or outlet can incorporate an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The outlet can also incorporate a plastic flow restrictor. The inlet can also incorporate a plastic strainer or a plastic flow regulator. (This option is not available on the push fit (quick coupling) sizes added September 2020). ‘R Series’ models are available as either in-line or at a 90° angle (hose tail outlet models only), except for ‘R series modular’ models added July 2019 which are only available at a 90° angle. From January 2020 models are available with the RF flow meter. From November 2020 models are available with the RV filters, which are stainless steel filters with nylon bodies to be mounted on every Serie R model body in place of the solenoid. Models with a push fit (quick coupling) connection added September 2020 are for use with LLDPE pipe (all sizes), or PEX pipe (manufactured to BS7291-3) (10mm & 15mm sizes only). Maximum working pressure 10.0 Bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C, except for models fitted with a flow meter or Series R filter which are cold water use only.
