'LMI Hygienic CML'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement mortar:sand:water in a weight ratio of 36:46:18 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'LMICMA012624', dated '1/26/2024'. Cure for 20 hours@40°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Alsen FBE Blue Powder Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet 'AIPL 1212/1', dated '07/06/2023'. Cure for 2.5 hours:235°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSC-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand:water: cement in a 1.5:1.0:1.0 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'GB0012023', edition 'A1'. dated '2023-10-10'. Cure for 24 hours at 25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'LUBERPOX-2K-DS-LACKFARBE (IV81 & IW81)’ – blue coloured and ‘LUBERPOX-2K-DS-LACKFARBE (IV81812 & IW81)’ – red coloured’. Factory applied, two component, epoxy coatings consisting of IV81 or IV81812 (base) and IW81 (hardener). Mix IV81 or IV81812 (base) & IW81 (hardener) in a mass ratio of 5:1 or volume ratio of 3.5:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s data sheets ‘Rev: 04 – 04.12.2023’ (blue) or ‘Rev: 03 – 04.12.2023’ (red). Cure for 20 minutes@22°C and then 40 minutes@75°C. For use with water up to 65°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'JBG-SRPC Plus'. Factory applied, sulphate resisting Portland cement intended to line ductile iron pipes. 'TEFRO®cor 150SW-LV'. Grey coloured, factory applied epoxy coating. Mix in a 6:1 weight ratio (4:1 volume ratio) and apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet, 'Revision Status 02/11/2023'. Cure for 7 days at 23°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. '18521 Kanepox Lining Free Cream or Red for use with Kanepox Hardener 0362'. Factory applied, two-part, cream or red coloured epoxy coatings consisting of component A (18521) and component B (0362). Mix and apply as per date sheet ‘Rev. No. 11’ dated February 2018. Cure for 7 days@23°C. The cream coating is for use with water up to 50°C. Between February 2024 and August 2024, the red coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024 the red coating is for use with water up to 50°C. ‘Hempadur 3556K’. Factory applied, cream coloured epoxy coating consisting of a two-part primer and two-part top coat. The two-part primer is Hempadur 15590 red (56880) and this is mixed in a volume ratio of 7.93:2.14 and applied as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet dated February 2024. Cure for 24 hours@20°C. The two-part top coat is Hempadur 3556K cream (20320) and this is mixed in a volume ratio of 6.8:2 and applied as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet dated March 2024. Cure for 7 days@20°C. ‘Hempadur 3556K’. Factory applied, cream coloured epoxy coating consisting of a two-part first coat and two-part second coat. The two-part first coat is Hempadur 3556K light red (50900) and this is mixed in a volume ratio of 6.8:2 and then cured for 24 hours@20°C. The two-part second coat is Hempadur 3556K cream (20320) and this is mixed in a volume ratio of 6.8:2 and then cured for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 35°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Hempaline® Defend 630 Cure 72', blue coloured coating. Between February 2024 and April 2025, the blue coloured coating was for use with water up to 50°C. Between May 2025 and February 2029, the blue coloured coating is for use with water up to 80°C. In May 2025, 'Hempaline® Defend 630 Cure 72', white coloured coating was added to the approval. For use with water up to 80°C. Factory applied, two-part epoxy phenolic coatings consisting of a base and curing agent. Mix base and curing agent in a 4:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet dated May 2025. Cure for 6 days@20°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Raymond Microsilica Modified Cement Mortar Standard A'. Site applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement/sand in a 1:1.1 mass ratio. To this add micro silica at 7%, achieved by mixing cement mix/micro silica in a mass ratio of 1:0.07 and water at 1:0.32 (cement mix/water). Add the MasterPozzolith 55R at a ratio of 2.2ml per kilo of cement. Apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ‘TDS/RI/2024/MMCM “Standard A’, dated ‘ 21 Feb 2024’. Cure for 28 days at a temperature of between 10°C and 35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Flexseal 163 Green`. Green coloured, compressed synthetic fibre sheet material manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 23°C. This material incorporates a natural ingredient. Please note that water companies will evaluate the evidence provided and may ask for more information and they reserve the right to refuse installation. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Crystic Gelcoat 65PA Gel Coat' for use with 'Crystic 125PA GRP resin'. GRP resin, manufactured by hand lamination, for use with white coloured, factory applied gel coat. Apply as per manufacturer's quick guide 'issue number 1', dated 04/06/2018. Cure for 24 hours@23°C and then 3 hours@80°C. For use with water up to 50°C.
