‘Acothane DW Cream, Acothane DW Blue & Acothane DW Grey’ site applied, two-part polyurethane coatings to be used with or without ‘Acothane LV’ polyurethane sealer. ‘Acothane LV’ (base coat) and ‘Acothane DW Cream’ (base or middle coat) are approved for use as non-water contact coats. ‘Acothane DW Blue & Acothane DW Grey’ are approved as water-contact coats and may be used alone or as the water contact coat in any of the following combinations: Acothane DW LV Sealer/ Acothane DW Cream/ Acothane DW Blue. Mix Part A & Part B of Acothane DW Blue/Grey in a weight ratio of 100:31, apply as per TDS ‘06ADW’, issue ‘2’, dated December 2022 and then cure for 7 days@3°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'GRP-FPI-FIBERSTRONG'. Light green coloured, multi-layered GRP/GRV pipe manufactured by filament winding. For use with water up to 60°C.

'Vinoleo SO350'. White coloured (translucent), silicone oil lubricant. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Rotormagnet 12-0000294'. Dark grey coloured, injection moulded Polyamide + Strontium Ferrite magnet. For use with water up to 60°C.
'VYDYNE AG7K-BK1066'. Black coloured, (35% glass Fibre reinforced) polyamide 66 material. From 1st April 2023 until 29th May 2024, the material was for use with water up to 23°C. From 30th May 2024 until 30th April 2028, the material is for use with water up to 70°C.

Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM rubber components with a shore hardness of 70. ‘O’ rings (in-radius 1.31mm), washers (in-radius 1.05mm) & membranes (in-radius 1.75mm) made in Italy. ‘O’ rings (in-radius 1.31mm) & washers (in-radius 1.05mm) made in China. For use with water up to 85°C. When processing an application for a Product Approval incorporating these components, these are the only shapes covered by the approval.

'NB70N-0203 Gasket'. Dark grey coloured, injection moulded NBR gasket. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.5mm. For use with water up to 85°C. When processing an application for WRAS Product Approval: The in-radius tolerance rule may be applied to the gasket, but only to gaskets and no other shape. This is the only shape of component covered by the approval.
'Lavelle BUR165'. Red coloured, transfer moulded, silicone rubber gasket. Shore hardness 40A. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'GFS Gas Flex Systems 543 Pipe Sealants'. Blue coloured pipe sealant. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS '01/09/2022 v1.0'. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Polyfab uPVC Pipe'. Dark grey coloured, extruded uPVC pipe. For use with water up to 60°C.
