The overhead shower outlet incorporates a plastic aerator which acts as the shower head. The product is supplied with a shower hose and handset, the handset incorporates an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic control valve and lever type operating member.
