Concealed, thermostatic shower blending valve, incorporating a brass body and a (chrome plated) functional trim set. The functional trim set comprises of two detent headworks (push to on, push to off) as the main flow control for each shower outlet, a ¼ turn ceramic disc valve with a dome type operating member controlling the flow volume, and a thermostatic cartridge controlling the temperature with a dome type operating member incorporating a manual override button. The functional trim set is also supplied with two brass assemblies comprising of a plastic filter, EPDM ‘O’-rings and an approved check valve cartridge, however the complete assembly has not been tested to demonstrate it provides adequate backflow protection. Range of wall mounted thermostatic shower panels. Model TFP3001 incorporates a single sequential headwork which controls the flow and temperature using a single lever operating member with an addtional self-closing headwork with dome type operating member which also controls the flow to a fixed shower head. Model TFP3002 incorporates a single sequential headwork which controls the flow and temperature using a single lever operating member to a fixed riser rail shower hose and handset. Model TFP3003 incorporates a self-closing headwork which controls the flow using a dome type operating member to a fixed shower outlet, temperature is pre-set using a thermostatic valve. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval. Petroleum or asphaltic bitumen, NOT coal tar bitumen. Materials listed in this section are not approved for use for contact with water that is required to be wholesome on large water retaining structures such as lining of pipes, cisterns or water storage tanks.
'KD-002'. Factory applied, blue coloured powder coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions file number 'KD-1230-20', version 'A0', dated '2020-12-30'. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Hempaline Defend 630 Cure 72'. Factory applied, white coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix base and curing agent in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's product data sheets dated June 2021, Cure for 6 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Rilsan (MagnaCoat 5501 F)'. Factory applied, white coloured (opaque), polyamide powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated 02/01/2018. Cure for 10 minutes@230°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'ENDOPRENE®84-30 THIXO'. Factory applied, cream coloured two-part polyurethane coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix and apply as per manufacturer`s technical data sheet (version dated 16/12/2019). Cure for 48 hours at 20°C. For use with water up to 55°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Tankguard 412'. White coloured, factory applied, 2 part epoxy coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated 6 November 2015. Cure for 7 days@23°C. Between 1st November 2021 and 27th July 2022 this coating is for use with water up to 23°C. Between 28th July 2022 and 30th November 2026 this coating is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSAW-JAL (Cement-SDC)'. Factory applied, grey coloured, Sulphate Resisting Portland Cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.5 weight ratio. Cure for 2 hours and 30 minutes@45°C and 85 relative humidity. Then cure again for 3 days@30°C and 80% relative humidity. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSAW-JAL (Cement-SIL)'. Factory applied, grey coloured Ordinary Portland Cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.5 weight ratio. 'Orgal® Hydroflex 10'. White coloured, acrylic polymer emulsion cement modifier, which is a liquid additive intended to be mixed with cement to achieve a coating. Mix cement:additive:water in a 197.5:30:10 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions '2/18'. Cure for 28 days@23°C and @50% relative humidity. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval.
