Model Park Tap 016 0104-TS-016_WRAS incorporates two outlets (bubbler at low-level & bottle filler at high-level). The flexible hose assembly which rises through the body of the station to the lower outlet incorporates a single check valve assembly (verified by test as suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). 'CEC-GFS Enamel, Black Blue RAL5004'. Factory applied, blue/black (appears black) coloured, enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'ZZ-Ins001', dated '2021.01.01'. GFS-G base glaze: dry for 15 Minutes at 200°C then fire for 12 minutes at 870ºC. GFS-S surface glaze: dry for 15 Minutes at 200°C then fire for 10 minutes at 830ºC. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the drying and firing conditions that appear on the approval. If the drying and/or firing are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Eurokote 480 FC'. Site applied, red coloured (once mixed), two part epoxy coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix, apply and cure (fully dry) in accordance with manufacturer's technical data sheet dated 23/09/2021. For use with water up to 23°C.
'CPT CML Variation No.2 cementitious mortar’ for use with ‘Conplast RP264 Admixture'. Site applied, grey coloured (once mixed) cementitious mortar and admixture. 'CPT CML Variation No.2 cementitious mortar’ comprises of cement, sand and Microsilica. Mix cement and sand dry in a 1:1.1 mass ratio. Add the microsilica in a 1:0.05 mass ratio with the cement content. Add water in a cement/water mass ratio of 1:0.32. Add the admixture in an admixture/ cement ratio of 8ml:1000g. Mix rigorously until an even consistency is achieved and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions reference ‘2328’, dated 13/01/2023. Cure for 28 days@ between 10°C and 35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Aquastore'. Grey coloured, GRP panels manufactured by hydraulic press. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Aquasystem'. Grey coloured, GRP panels manufactured by hydraulic press. For use with water up to 60°C.

'420 OE UHMWPE'. Multi-layered (7 layers), Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene hose manufactured by wrapping on a mandrel. The inner layer is white coloured polyethylene, and the outer layer is blue coloured rubber. For use with water up to 23°C.
'509 OE/UHMWPE' hose, manufactured by mandrel wrapping and vulcanisation. Multi-layered hose comprising of a clear PE inner layer, blue coloured EPDM second layer, white coloured reinforcement third layer, blue coloured EPDM fourth layer, grey coloured helix wire fifth layer and blue coloured EPDM outer layer. For use with water up to 23°C.
‘PureOne hose’ (formerly known as ‘Clearwater hose’). Multi-layered hose manufactured on a mandrill by hand, consisting of a colourless, transparent PE inner layer and a blue coloured EPDM outer layer. Please note that the hose has many layers but the approval describes only the inner and outer layers. For use with water up to 50°C.
'Sinopec Drinking Water Pipeline Sealing Lubricant (Product Code: 523478)'. White coloured lubricant. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Brett Martin B9333 & B9444'. Blue coloured lubricant. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. No cure required. For use with water up to 23°C.
'DR-PLAST HDPE PE-100 Pipes'. Black coloured (with dark blue stripe), extruded HDPE pipe. For use with water up to 60°C.
'DR-PLAST HDPE PE-100 Fittings'. Black coloured, HDPE fittings manufactured by either injection moulding or butt fusion welding. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Aquatherm Green' range of extruded, polypropylene pipes, for use with water up to 85°C. (1) Aquatherm Green Pipe. Single layered, green coloured polypropylene pipe. The SDR11S pipe has four, blue longitudinal stripes on the exterior of the pipe. (2) Aquatherm Green Pipe (formerly named Fusiotherm Fibre Composite Pipe). Triple layered pipe consisting of a light green coloured polypropylene inner layer, glass fibre reinforced, polypropylene middle layer and light green coloured polypropylene outer layer. The pipe has dark green stripes on the exterior of the pipe.
'Dragon STD'. Site applied, off-white coloured, two-part epoxy resin and fibreglass cloth. Mix resin in a 77.8@22.2 volume ratio and apply to the fibreglass cloth. Once the cloth is fully impregnated, apply to the defect as per manufacturer's instructions 'IMG MPW 020' dated 01.07.2022. Cure for 24 hours@21°C or 4 hours@100°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'CE EPDM (TY-02-50) & CE EPDM (TY-05-80)'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM sheet materials. Shore hardness between 50 & 80. Tested in-radius size between 0.75mm & 1.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C. From February 2024 the materials are for use with water up to 65°C.
'Astral PVC Gel'. Clear, transparent (un-pigmented) solvent cement, (intended to join PVC pipe and fittings). Apply as per manufacturer's instructions review date '2019-09-11'. Cure for 20 days at 7°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Weld-On 725 Wet 'R' Dry Clear Solvent Cement'. Clear, colourless solvent cement. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Weld-On 724 C-PVC Grey Solvent Cement' Grey coloured solvent cement. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions and cure/dry for 24 hours@5°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'Maritex Aquapure Grade 5742'. Beige coloured tube manufactured by winding PET fibre and epoxy vinylester resin over a mandrel under heat and pressure, intended for the manufacture of bearings. For use with water up to 23°C.
