This material is only approved for the drying and firing conditions that appear on the approval. If the drying and/or firing are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Eurokote 480 FC'. Site applied, red coloured (once mixed), two part epoxy coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix, apply and cure (fully dry) in accordance with manufacturer's technical data sheet dated 23/09/2021. For use with water up to 23°C.
'420 OE UHMWPE'. Multi-layered (7 layers), Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene hose manufactured by wrapping on a mandrel. The inner layer is white coloured polyethylene, and the outer layer is blue coloured rubber. For use with water up to 23°C.
'509 OE/UHMWPE' hose, manufactured by mandrel wrapping and vulcanisation. Multi-layered hose comprising of a clear PE inner layer, blue coloured EPDM second layer, white coloured reinforcement third layer, blue coloured EPDM fourth layer, grey coloured helix wire fifth layer and blue coloured EPDM outer layer. For use with water up to 23°C.

'Aquatherm Green' range of extruded, polypropylene pipes, for use with water up to 85°C. (1) Aquatherm Green Pipe. Single layered, green coloured polypropylene pipe. The SDR11S pipe has four, blue longitudinal stripes on the exterior of the pipe. (2) Aquatherm Green Pipe (formerly named Fusiotherm Fibre Composite Pipe). Triple layered pipe consisting of a light green coloured polypropylene inner layer, glass fibre reinforced, polypropylene middle layer and light green coloured polypropylene outer layer. The pipe has dark green stripes on the exterior of the pipe.
'Dragon STD'. Site applied, off-white coloured, two-part epoxy resin and fibreglass cloth. Mix resin in a 77.8@22.2 volume ratio and apply to the fibreglass cloth. Once the cloth is fully impregnated, apply to the defect as per manufacturer's instructions 'IMG MPW 020' dated 01.07.2022. Cure for 24 hours@21°C or 4 hours@100°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'CE EPDM (TY-02-50) & CE EPDM (TY-05-80)'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM sheet materials. Shore hardness between 50 & 80. Tested in-radius size between 0.75mm & 1.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C. From February 2024 the materials are for use with water up to 65°C.
'Seat Seal S1 & S2'. Black coloured (S2) or white coloured (S1), injection moulded silicone rubber components. Shore hardness 80. Tested in-radius size between 0.65mm & 1.54mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
