'Unitech DIP Sulphate Cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate cement. Mix as per work instructions issue no. 'QAP-MOS-UNITECH 212-13- rev1', dated 21st December 2020. Cure for 6 hours@40°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'JIZJ-2'. Factory applied, grey coloured Sulphate resistant Portland cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a 1:1.7:0.55 mass ratio. Cure for 5.5 hours@65°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'BGDI01 Sulphate Resistant Cement & BGDI02 Portland Cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured cements. Mix 1 part cement, 2 parts sand and 0.25 parts water. Cure for 10 hours@23°C. 'LSR Soft Touch Coating – Kohler NC001'. Factory applied, three-component, clear silicone coating. Mix coating, catalyst and thinner in a 100:2:500 mass ratio, stir for 10 minutes and then apply. Cure for 10 minutes@160°C, humidity 60%. For use with water up to 70°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'MEKCOAT Liquid Membrane Coating'. Factory applied, two-component, blue coloured polyurethane coating. Mix in a 1:1 volume ratio. Cure for 24 hours@23-24°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'5017 Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions issued January 2020, 'V7.2'. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JH'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Heat substrate to 220°C for 30 minutes, spray apply coating and then cure at 190°C for 20 minutes. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the application and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure and/or application conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
DHDC-7500. Grey coloured, factory applied 2-Part epoxy resin coating. Mix base (A) and hardener (B) in a ratio of 3 (A):1 (B) by weight before applying one coat by airless spray. Cure for 7 days at 25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'CeramycGuard for use with QuartzSeal'. Site applied, white coloured (once mixed) polymer based concrete surface treatment. 'CeramycGuard’ is a three-component base coat comprising of Part A (clear liquid), Part B (grey powder) & Part C (clear liquid). Mix Parts A, B & C in a volume ratio. Rest for two minutes, apply as per manufacturer's instructions for use 'version 2' dated 'April 2021' and then cure for 24 hours@21°C. ‘QuartzSeal' is a white coloured, single-component topcoat. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions for use 'version 2' dated 'April 2021'. Cure for 7 days@21°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'Crystal Concentrado'. Grey coloured, site applied cement based coating, intended to be used to waterproof concrete. Mix coating with water in a volume ratio of 5:2. Apply to pre-wetted cement and allow to cure for 1 hour@5°C. Pre-wet the cement before applying a second coat and then dry cure for 2 hours@5°C before wet curing for 48 hours@5°C. 'POLYNT 1349 TAEQ20 to be used in conjunction with POLYCOR LP PA FC CLEAR 0200'. POLYNT 1349 TAEQ20 is a polyester resin and LP PA FC CLEAR 0200 is a factory applied, gel coat (when used together the material appears light pink in colour). Apply as per manufacturer's TDS ‘7206 updated 10.10.17’. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'EP10/7/7 BLK gaskets & 'O' rings'. Injection moulded, black coloured EPDM gaskets & 'O' rings. Shore hardness 70. The gaskets have an in-radius size of 0.75mm and for use with water up to 85°C. The ‘O’ rings have an in-radius size of 1.5mm and between 1st July 2021 and 21st September 2021, the ‘O’ rings were for use with water up to 23°C. Between 22nd September 2021 and 28th February 2026, the ‘O’ rings are for use with water up to 85°C.
