'ELASTOPOXY PRIMER HP and ELASTOSEAL W Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component primer (non-water contact primer) and two-component coating (water contact coating). Mix and apply 'ELASTOPOXY PRIMER HP as per Product Data Sheet ‘TSS/TD/280721/C’. Cure for 2 hours@25°C. Then mix and apply ‘ELASTOSEAL W Coating’ as per Product Data Sheet ‘TSS/TDS/260721-B’. Cure for 1 minute@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Ductan 087'. Factory applied, blue coloured PE coating. Apply by flock spray onto a part/item pre-heated to 200°C for 20 minutes and allow to cool. No cure required. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the application conditions that appear on the approval. 'SYI-03'. Factory applied, grey coloured, Portland cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 1:1.5:0.6. Cure for 4 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. 'QuickSpray Industrial W coating for use with Quick Prime primer'. Factory applied, blue coloured coating system comprising of a primer and topcoat. ‘Quick Prime’ is a two-component epoxy primer. Mix parts A & B in a 1:2 volume ratio and cure for 4 hours@20°C. ‘QuickSpray Industrial W’ is a two-component elastomeric topcoat. Mix parts A & B in a 1:1 volume ratio, apply over the primer and then cure for 24 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'PPA 801 Blue 502'. Factory applied, grey coloured modified PE blend coating. Pre-heat part/item to be coated to 340°C, dip into a fluidized bed containing the coating and then allow to cool at room temperature. No cure required For use with water up to 23°C. 'Nu Vista'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Slag Cement. Mix water, sand and cement in a mass ratio of 1:2:3. Cure for 1.5 hours@30°C, then 4 hours at 45°C and then 28 days (672 hours)@35°C. ‘WCF-E3’. Two-part epoxy resin anchor systems, available in light pink or grey colours, comprising of a resin and hardener. The systems are supplied in a pre-weighed (resin:hardener ratio of 3:1), two-component mixing cartridge. Cure 24 hours at 7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a resin anchor having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1,000mm² per 1 litre of water.
