'Desmopol DW'. Factory applied, two-component, cream coloured (once mixed and applied) polyurethane resin coating. 'Eurokote® 48-20'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two component epoxy coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix resin and hardener in a mass ratio of 68:32 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated 10/12/2018. Cure for 24 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'MS 1555'. Factory applied, dark blue/grey coloured vitreous enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'I.PBE.06.04' dated November 22, 2021 and 'TPE.09.056.02' dated August 19, 2014. Cure for 14 minutes@850°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Versathane'. Site applied, two-component, grey coloured (once mixed) polyurethane coating. Mix the grey coloured (opaque) base coating with the amber coloured hardener in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply Coat 1 as per manufacturer's product data sheet 'Issue No. 01 Sep 2016. Cure for 4 hours@7°C. Mix and apply Coat 2 using the same mix ratio and application instructions and then cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'Resichem 507 DWPU Blue & Grey'. Site applied, two-component polyurethane coatings which are available in blue or grey colours (once mixed). Mix Part A (blue or grey opaque liquid) with Part B (amber, translucent liquid) in a 100:30.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'TDS507DWPU.rv4.09062022'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'KLINGERSIL® C-4324'. Fibre/rubber gasket material, manufactured by calendaring, which is green coloured on one side and black coloured on the other. Shore hardness 65. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Crystic LS96PA Clear Gel Coat' for use with 'Crystic 2-446 PA GRP resin'. Contact moulded GRP resin, manufactured by hand lamination, for use with off-white coloured, factory applied gel coat. Apply as per manufacturer's quick guide 'issue number 1', dated 04/06/2018. Cure for 24 hours@23°C and then 3 hours@80°C. For use with water up to 23°C. Range of floor standing, single hole, single outlet (fixed) combination tap assemblies (brass body in various finishes), incorporating a ceramic disc headwork with single lever operating member (model OMI-133 & IND-OMI133-XXX) OR ceramic cartridge headwork with a single lever operating members (all other models) and a lockable self-cancelling diverter to shower outlet. All models except OMI-133-C/P and IND-OMI133-XXX are supplied with an approved check valve cartridge at the inlet, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection.
