'Ductan 087'. Factory applied, bright blue coloured, modified PE powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer’s application guidance document ‘issue 1’, dated 3rd August 2018. No curing is required. For use with water up to 60°C.
'AYYTCM-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1:3.0:0.4 weight ratio and apply as per MSDS '20170508A1'. Air cure for 4 hours@23°C and the steam cure for 6 hours@60°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. Luberpox – 2K – DS-Lackfarbe IV80, Wilo Grün nach Muster/IW80 Hardener (green coloured) & Luberpox – 2K – DS-Lackfarbe IV80, RAL 9011 Graphitschwarz/IW80 Hardener (black coloured). Factory applied epoxy coatings. Mix in a 5:1 weight ratio and apply as per Berger-Lacke Technical Data Sheet (rev. 41-06.11.2023). Cure for 7 days at 22°C. For use with water up to 23°C.
