'JHSW-8604 Pipeline Heavy Duty Anti-Corrosion Polyurethane Coating'. Factory applied, two-component, pale yellow coloured polyurethane coating. Mix parts A & B in a 1:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Product Information, issue date '6/1/2022'. Cure for 1 minute@25°C and then 7 days @23. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'FP60 Dark Blue'. Factory applied, dark blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'FP60/Rev:3' October 2020. Cure for 10 minutes@160°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'YHGuard8680 Primer & YHChlor6200 Topcoat'. Factory applied, blue coloured (once applied), coating system comprising of an epoxy primer and polyethylene topcoat. 'YHGuard8680 Primer’ comprises of a binder and hardener to be mixed in a 30:2.5 weight ratio before being applied as per manufacturer’s data sheet ‘8680 20220601’. Cure for 12 hours@25°C. Apply ‘YHChlor6200 Topcoat' as per manufacturer’s data sheet ‘6200 20220601’. Cure for 5 hours hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'SPL Gold Portland Slag Cement'. Grey coloured, factory applied Portland Slag cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a 1:1.4:0.35 mass ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's work instructions document code 'WI/SP/FINC&B/02', issue '06'. Cure for 24 hours@27°C, 70% relative humidity. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval.
