'Purtop 1000 N'. Factory applied, two component, grey coloured polyurea coating. Mix components A & B in a weight ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS '7506-2-2023'. Cure for 48 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'YT425'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Cement Mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue 'AYYT01' dated '2023.3.16'. Cure for 12 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Acothane DW Cream, Acothane DW Blue & Acothane DW Grey’ site applied, two-part polyurethane coatings to be used with or without ‘Acothane LV’ polyurethane sealer. ‘Acothane LV’ (base coat) and ‘Acothane DW Cream’ (base or middle coat) are approved for use as non-water contact coats. ‘Acothane DW Blue & Acothane DW Grey’ are approved as water-contact coats and may be used alone or as the water contact coat in any of the following combinations: Acothane DW LV Sealer/ Acothane DW Cream/ Acothane DW Blue.
