The inlets of the valves incorporate an isolation valve, stainless steel strainer and a single check valve cartridge however, the complete assembly has not been tested to demonstrate it provides adequate backflow protection. The valves can be supplied with a shower rail, hose, handshower and/or ceiling mounted shower outlet. Valves with ‘HP’ in model have a maximum working pressure of 5.0 bar. All other valves marked with ‘LP’ have a maximum working pressure of 1.0 bar.

'5013 High chlorinated polyethylene anticorrosive coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured polyethylene coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS/IFU number '001', dated '2022.11.30'. 'A/W AQUA (A) Epoxy 100'. Site applied, pale straw coloured epoxy/linseed oil waterproof coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Technical Document 'FSQP-707-05' dated '2021.01.04'. Cure for 6 hours under UV light (wavelength 365μm) at a distance of 150mm. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘MasterProtect® 180’. Site applied, grey coloured, two-component epoxy coating consisting of Part A (grey coloured liquid) and Part B (colourless liquid). Mix Part A and Part B in a mass ratio of 87:13 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'MBS_CC-UAE/Pr_180/ /03_23'. Cure coat 1 for 36 hours@20°C. Cure coat 2 for 21 days@20°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Maxline 100 Potable Water Coating Blue & Grey'. Site applied, two-component polyurethane coatings which are available in blue or grey colours (once mixed). Mix Part A (blue or grey opaque liquid) with Part B (amber, translucent liquid) in a 100:30.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'TDSMLI100.rv5.04042023'. 'Vinoleo 77/14'. Amber coloured, soap based lubricant. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. For use with water up to 23°C.
'ULTRADUR B4300 GK24 HR FC AQUA GREY 35413'. Grey coloured, injection moulded PBT material. For use with water up to 85°C.

'AY-N130X series'. Injection moulded PPE materials. For use with water up to 85°C. • AY-N130X-GY843 – grey coloured (contains 30% maximum glass fibre, 2% maximum white pigment, 0.01% maximum black pigment). • AY-N130X-YW05 – yellow coloured (contains 30% maximum glass fibre, 1.5% white pigment, 0.5% maximum yellow pigment). • AY-N130X-BK001 – black coloured (contains 30% maximum glass fibre, 0.5% maximum black pigment).
'Innopol CS 4-8000 G'. Grey coloured, compression moulded polypropylene material. For use with water up to 60°C.
