Single hole, double outlet (swivel) combination tap assembly (brass body in various finishes) incorporating a ceramic cartridge headwork with single lever operating member. Electronic controls allow the tap to dispense ambient, boiling, chilled or sparkling water from undercounter units which are not included as part of this approval. Maximum working pressure 7.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65°C (manual control side - ceramic cartridge) & 100°C (electronic control side).
‘Zip Aquapoint IV’ range of wall mounted directly heated unvented storage vessels (cased and insulated) incorporating an enamel lined cylinder and safety kit. The cylinder is factory fitted with a temperature and pressure relief valve. An inlet manifold is supplied incorporating a 6.0 bar expansion relief valve, a pressure reducing valve pre-set at 3.0 bar, a check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) and a stainless-steel strainer. An expansion vessel is also supplied. Maximum working pressure 5.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 70°C.
Range of wall mounted, electrically heated catering water boilers. The boilers incorporate stainless steel storage tanks with stainless steel vent and overflow and silicon washers and gaskets, fed via a solenoid valve. The water is discharged via a self-closing tap with single lever operating member. The solenoid valve incorporates a plastic strainer at the inlet. Maximum working pressure 7.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 98°C.
Range of electric instantaneous water heaters. The DEX and DCX models incorporate a spherical ball valve on the inlet. The CEX and DEX models incorporate an approved check valve cartridge; however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The inlet incorporates a strainer. Maximum working pressure 10 bar (DEX models only) All other models open outlet. Maximum operating temperature: ES3/4/5 and Zip Hydrotap G4/G5 ranges – 65ºC. CEX, DEX and DCX ranges - 70°C.
‘Aquapoint APIII’ range of direct unvented under basin or over basin (wall mounted) electrically heated, enamel lined insulated steel storage cylinders. The cylinders are supplied with an expansion relief valve set at 6.0 bar. Maximum working pressure 5.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 75°C.
Varipoint range of unvented water heaters with copper bodies, fitted with a temperature & pressure relief valve (7.0 bar) and supplied with a pressure relief valve (6.0 bar). Maximum working pressure 5.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of boiling water dispensers incorporating plastic (3-7.5 litre models) or stainless steel (10-40 litre models) cisterns with silicone ‘O’-rings and seals. The flow to the internal reservoir is controlled via a float valve. The internal reservoir incorporates an overflow which acts a vent. The inlet incorporates a plastic filter. Water is dispensed using either a lever or push button (PLUS models only) operated self-closing tap. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 98°C. Cold supply only.
‘G5 BC’ range of command centres that provide instant near boiling and chilled water (both filtered) via an electronically controlled tap (not supplied). Flow is controlled via a combination of solenoid valves and electronic pumps to the outlets. The products are supplied with a filter cartridge. The products can also be supplied with a hot water booster and/or a venturi system to provide mains cold water combined with water from the hot water tank (see model). Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 100˚C. Cold supply only.

Flow is controlled via a combination of solenoid valves and electronic pumps to the outlets. The products incorporate a pressure reducing valve (adjustable outlet pressure between 2.25 and 2.75 bar) on the supply to the carbonator unit. The carbonator inlet incorporates a non-return valve. The products are supplied with a filter cartridge. The products can also be supplied with a hot water booster and/or a venturi system to provide mains cold water combined with water from the hot water tank (see model). Maximum inlet supply pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 100˚C. Cold supply only.
‘G5 BCU60 UV’ Command centre that provides instant near boiling and chilled water (both filtered) via an electronically controlled tap (not supplied). Flow is controlled via a combinations of solenoid valves and electronic pumps to the outlets. A UV unit is incorporated on the outlet from the chilled water tank. The products are supplied with a filter cartridge. The products can also be supplied with a hot water booster and/or a venturi system to provide mains cold water combined with water from the hot water tank (see model). Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 100˚C. Cold supply only.
