The water is discharged via a self-closing tap with single lever operating member. The solenoid valve incorporates a plastic strainer at the inlet. Maximum working pressure 7.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 98°C.
Range of electric instantaneous water heaters. The DEX and DCX models incorporate a spherical ball valve on the inlet. The CEX and DEX models incorporate an approved check valve cartridge; however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The inlet incorporates a strainer. Maximum working pressure 10 bar (DEX models only) All other models open outlet. Maximum operating temperature: ES3/4/5 and Zip Hydrotap G4/G5 ranges – 65ºC. CEX, DEX and DCX ranges - 70°C.
‘Aquapoint APIII’ range of direct unvented under basin or over basin (wall mounted) electrically heated, enamel lined insulated steel storage cylinders. The cylinders are supplied with an expansion relief valve set at 6.0 bar. Maximum working pressure 5.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 75°C.
Varipoint range of unvented water heaters with copper bodies, fitted with a temperature & pressure relief valve (7.0 bar) and supplied with a pressure relief valve (6.0 bar). Maximum working pressure 5.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of boiling water dispensers incorporating plastic (3-7.5 litre models) or stainless steel (10-40 litre models) cisterns with silicone ‘O’-rings and seals. The flow to the internal reservoir is controlled via a float valve. The internal reservoir incorporates an overflow which acts a vent. The inlet incorporates a plastic filter. The products are supplied with a filter cartridge. The products can also be supplied with a hot water booster and/or a venturi system to provide mains cold water combined with water from the hot water tank (see model). Single hole, triple outlet (swivel) combination tap assembly (brass bodies, various finishes - see model), incorporating a ceramic cartridge headwork with single lever operating member. Electronic controls allow the tap to dispense boiling, chilled or sparkling water. The vented models are supplied with a brass adaptor containing a plastic flow regulator and a combined EPDM washer and stainless-steel strainer, for installation on the mains cold water into the ceramic cartridge. They are also supplied with a stainless steel braided PEX lined flexible hose assembly and a stainless steel braided TPSiV lined flexible hose assembly both with ½” captive nut end connections for installation between the tap and a command centre, (which is not included as part of this approval). Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperatures: Near boiling water circuit: 100°C. Ambient hot and cold (mixed) circuit: 65°C. Chilled/Chilled and sparkling circuit: Cold water use only.
