'Epilux QD Exterior Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating comprising of a base and accelerator. Mix base and accelerator in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's data sheet '679', dated 'Jun 2020'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'JPC Liquid Epoxy Paint'. Factory applied, red coloured, two-component epoxy paint. Mix components A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions ' JPC-FG-A/06-21/009 & JPC-FG-B/06-21/009' dated '02/06/2021'. Cure for 7 days@34°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'KARUMEL EX4412 (RAL5005) & KARUMEL EX4412 (Blue)'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's application guide for potable water reference number 'KCSA-21090101' dated September 2021. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Intergard 269 & Interline 975’. Site applied, white coloured Epoxy coating system comprising of a base coat and a topcoat. ‘Intergard 269’ is a two-component base coat which comprises of Part A (red/brown coloured) and Part B (straw coloured). Mix Part A & Part B in a mass ratio of 7.46:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ref. ‘206’, dated 08/02/2021. Cure for 12 days@25°C. ‘Interline 975’ is a two-component topcoat which comprises of Part A (white coloured) and Part B (straw coloured). Mix Part A & Part B in a mass ratio of 3.12:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ref. ‘3577’, dated 31/07/2017. Cure for 14 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. `BELPA CSA 90`. Pink coloured fibre gasket material manufactured by calandering. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Seplite LSF 983'. White coloured ion exchange resin. For use with water up to 85°C.
`VIP Universal Pipe Lubricant`. Translucent, amber coloured, soya oil lubricant. Apply as per manufacturer's technical datasheet issued 'Nov 2019'. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Badadur PBT9 GF10/GK20 TM-Z1 Alpinweiss 230c'. White coloured, injection moulded, glass fibre reinforced PBT material. In January 2024, 'Badadur PBT9 GF10/GK20 alpinweiss 230c' was added to the approval. Both grades are for use with water up to 65°C.
'Badadur PBT9 GF30 Natur S1' (appears cream in colour) and 'Badadur PBT9 GF30 grau 930a' (grey coloured). Natural or grey coloured, injection moulded, glass reinforced PBT materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Borsafe HE3494-LS-H'. Dark blue coloured, extruded HDPE material. For use with water up to 23°C.

‘AA9HWZ (88 Sh.)’. Grades ‘AA6HWZ (60 Sh.), AA7HWZ (70 Sh.), AA7SWZ (70 Sh.), AA8HWZ (80 Sh.) were added in December 2022. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM sheet materials. With a shore hardness of between 60 & 88. Tested in-radius size 1.15mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘Supercast SW20 (red), Supercast SW10 (black) & Supercast SW30 (green)’. Extruded, PVC waterstop materials. ‘Supercast SW20 (red)’ is for use with water up to 50°C. ‘Supercast SW10 (black) & Supercast SW30 (green)’ are for use with water up to 23°C This material is for use in concrete reservoirs and similar structures, constructed in accordance with the design criteria of BS EN 1992 with respect to normal frequency of joints. The material has been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1000mm² per litre as specified in BS 6920: Part 1.
'TRADE SAVE (Product Code: 630997)'. Off-white coloured, PTFE paste intended for use as a thread sealant. For use with water up to 23°C.
