‘Klubertop TP 38-901’. Site applied, (transparent) white coloured PTFE lubricant coating. Apply and cure as per product information sheet ‘Prod. 099030, en-GB, Edition 12.05.2022’. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Eurokote® 448 Bleu 5005 & Eurokote® 448 Bleu 5002'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-part epoxy coatings consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix resin and hardener in a 1:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet version dated '29/08/17'. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'S' epoxy powder coating. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'SNC-EP09V1 - date 2009/12/1'. Cure for 24 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Eurokote 468 Thixo Brun Rouge'. Factory applied, red/brown coloured, two-part epoxy coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix resin and hardener in a weight ratio of 77:23 and apply as per manufacturer's Data Sheet dated '10/05/2019'. Cure for 10 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ePIPE® UK'. Site applied, red-brown coloured, two-part epoxy based coating consisting of a based and activator. Mix base and activator in a 2:1 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's IFU issue '009', dated March 23, 2011. Air-cure for 60 minutes@25°C and then immerse in a water bath at 60°C for 60 minutes. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Eurokote 480 FC'. Site applied, red coloured (once mixed), two part epoxy coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix, apply and cure (fully dry) in accordance with manufacturer's technical data sheet dated 23/09/2021. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Cementitious Coating 851 Grey'. Site applied, two part, grey coloured cementitious waterproof mortar which can be applied as a one-coat or two-coat system Mix liquid (Part A) and powder (Part B) in a weight ratio of 1:3.92 and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions 'Bulletin No.851 /031/012' dated July 2021. When using as a one-coat system cure for 21 days@7°C. When using as a two-coat system cure coat one for 1 hour@7°C and cure coat two for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'Astral PVC Gel'. Clear, transparent (un-pigmented) solvent cement, (intended to join PVC pipe and fittings). Apply as per manufacturer's instructions review date '2019-09-11'. Cure for 20 days at 7°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
Range of stop valves with plastic bodies and an EPDM diaphragm. The valves are operated via a switch located on the valve. The RCL and RPL models can also be operated by a remote switch. The product incorporates a plastic strainer central to the body. All valves are for use with copper pipe (manufactured to BS EN 1057).
