'Aquafitting Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions file number 'DLCHB-CO-001', edition 'A1', issue date '2021-April-11st'. For use with water up to 65°C.
'EPOKIM Painting System'. Factory applied, dark green coloured (once top coat applied), two-component epoxy coating comprising of a primer and top coat. The primer (EPOX code A0768.N05133 + cat.A0918.N00100) consists of a catalyst and hardener which should be mixed in a 100:43 volume ratio before applying two coats in accordance with instructions ‘W1_2021_00’ dated ‘25/10/2021’. Cure (flash-off) for 40 minutes@40°C. The top coat (EPOKIM HS code A0435.N02038 + cat.A0904.N00000) consists of a catalyst and hardener which should be mixed in a 100:16 volume ratio before applying one coat in accordance with instructions ‘W1_2021_00’ dated ‘25/10/2021’. Cure (flash-off) for 10 minutes@20°C. The complete system should then be ‘stoved’ for 60 minutes@70°C. For use with water up to 23°C.
'DUAYEN E-39'. Factory applied, two-component, red coloured (once mixed) epoxy coating. Mix Parts A&B in a volume ratio of 79.5:20.5 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions '00.05102021'. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ENDOPRENE®84-30 THIXO'. Factory applied, cream coloured two-part polyurethane coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix and apply as per manufacturer`s technical data sheet (version dated 16/12/2019). Cure for 48 hours at 20°C. For use with water up to 55°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ENDOPRENE® 891.20 RACCORD'. Factory applied, cream coloured two-part polyurethane coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix and apply as per manufacturer`s technical data sheet 'Doc. 087' (version dated 01/07/2011). Cure for 48 hours at 20°C. For use with water up to 55°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'XFGJ-2'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resistant cement. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1.5:1:0.4 mass ratio. Cure for 8 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. 'Cepox P05/95'. Factory applied, two part, yellow coloured epoxy coating. Mix and apply as per Technical Data Sheet dated 19/11/2021. Cure for 16 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 85°C. `Belzona 1321`. Site applied, two-part, epoxy amine coating available in grey or blue colours. Mix base and hardener in a 11:1 mass ratio. Apply and cure as per manufacturer’s IFU ‘FN10026’, publication number ’02-09-21’. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the mixing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Sikalastic®-6100 FX White’ (formerly known as ‘MasterSeal 6100 FX White’) ‘Sikalastic®-6100 FX Grey’ (formerly known as ‘MasterSeal 6100 FX Grey’. Site applied, two-component cementitious coating. Mix ‘Sikalastic®-6100 FX White’ (Coat 1) with water in a mass ratio of 15:5.6. Apply and cure for 1 day@5°C before applying Coat 2. 'Aquakote Grey for use with Aquakote Blue'. Site applied, blue coloured (once applied), two-component epoxy coating. 'Aquakote Grey’ is the base coat and comprises of Parts A (grey liquid) & B (amber liquid) which are to be mixed in a 100:17 mass ratio and then applied in a wet film thickness of 200µm. Cure for 12 hours@10°C before applying top-coat. 'Aquakote Blue’ is the top-coat and comprises of Parts A (blue liquid) & B (amber liquid) which are to be mixed in a 100:17 mass ratio and then applied in a wet film thickness of 200µm. Cure for 12 hours@10°C. For use with water up to 23°C. Please note that 'Aquakote Grey & Aquakote Blue' are to be used in conjunction with each other. the approval does not cover 'Aquakote Grey and/or Aquakote Blue' when applied as a single coat.
'Orgal® Hydroflex 10'. White coloured, acrylic polymer emulsion cement modifier, which is a liquid additive intended to be mixed with cement to achieve a coating. Mix cement:additive:water in a 197.5:30:10 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions '2/18'. Cure for 28 days@23°C and @50% relative humidity. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
