Mix base and hardener in a weight ratio of 7:3 and apply as per Product Data Sheet ‘1838-K’ dated February 2017. Cure for 168 hours@30°C, then 168 hours@60°C and 'rest' for 168 hours before use. 'Jotaguard VA 5001'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturers technical data sheet dated 9th November 2015. Cure for 2 minutes, 30 seconds@232°C. 'TOHPEPOWDER#6150 SHK GRAY QD'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per Tohpe Corporation instructions no '4230904550B'. dated 'Jan 28, 2025'. Cure for 5 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 65°C.
'JERLAC Two Pack Epoxy Beige-740'. Factory applied, two-part, beige coloured epoxy coating. Mix in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's data sheet issue number '01', dated '10.01.2024'. ‘Hempadur 35530 System’. Grey coloured, factory applied, two-component epoxy coating comprising of ‘Hempadur 35530 red (51320) and Hempadur 35530 grey (10500)’. ‘Hempadur 35530 red (51320)’ comprises of a base and curing agent which are mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio. ‘Hempadur 35530 grey (10500)’ comprises of a base and curing agent which are mixed in a 3:1 volume ratio. 'Nylon 11'. Factory applied nylon coatings available in white or grey colours. The substrate the coating is to be applied to is heated to 310°C for 30 minutes and the coating applied as per manufacturer's work instructions 'WI-09-19 Rev. 6' dated April 22, 2020. Cure for 10 minutes@270°C. The white coating is for use with water up to 23°C. The grey coating is for use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. Cure for 2.5 hours@48°C and then 3 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C.
'SikaTop®-107 Seal AE'. Site applied, grey coloured, two-part coating. Mix parts A and B in a 1.4 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Method Statement 'V1', dated 'Feb 2025'.
