Cure for 7 days@30°C and then 7 days@60°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'VALVFIT 001 (blue) & VALVHIT 002 (red) Epoxy Powder Coatings'. Factory applied, blue or red coloured epoxy coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'VALVFIT-2412001' dated '12.17.2024'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'GM2025'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Cement Mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue 'GMSM01' dated '2024.11.16'. Cure for 12 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'CP231200'. Factory applied, two-part water-based epoxy coating. Mix Parts A & B in a 5:1 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'File No. HBB-01', 'Version: A', dated '2024.6.30'. Cure for 24 hours@26°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Polimal 122-2 AWTP' (beige coloured) & 'Polimal 1094 AWTP-1' (amber coloured). Contact moulded, unsaturated polyester resin materials. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Borealis HE125MO & Bn HE125MO-100'. White coloured (semi-opaque), injection moulded PP-H materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'MasterCrete ANC 932'. Site applied, grey coloured chemical anchor resin. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'Version 1' dated '09.12.2024'. Cure for 48 hours@5°C. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a resin anchor having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1,000mm² per 1 litre of water. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval.
