'61300 EPOXY TB BT BLEU 5005'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Spray apply as per manufacturers TDS dated '15/2/2019'. Cure for 20 minutes@160°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'CLEAN TECH PW (BG)'. Factory applied, two-component, blue coloured epoxy coating. Mix parts A and B in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'CCPL/TDS/R11/CRC/22-23/04/R13/BG/R1', dated '15.09.2022'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. Between August 2024 and January 2025, the coating is approved for use with water up to 23°C. Between February 2025 and August 2029, the coating is approved for use with water up to 60°C. 'Sikagard® 1816 (formerly known MasterProtect® 1816)'. Site applied, grey coloured (once applied), two-component Epoxy polysulfide coating. Mix parts A & B in a 78:22 weight ratio and apply coat 1 as per manufacturer’s general method statement ‘MS - AD - Sikagard®-1816-01/2024’ and PDS '020303000000002044 Version 01.01', dated April 2024. Cure coat 1 for 9 hours@25°C.
