'Primgreen LAT 12035 & Unbrako wiscoat polyamide 11, ESY Blue 7265' coating system. Factory applied, blue coloured, polyamide powder coating system. Apply primer (Primgreen LAT 12035) and top coat (Unbrako wiscoat polyamide 11, ESY Blue 7265) as per user instructions ‘TSW/PR/02 REVISION A dated: 13.02.2012’. Cure both primer and topcoat for 12 minutes@215°C (each). For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Apcoflor MFP 140 Primer and Smartcare Polyurea PW Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component primer (non-water contact primer) and two-component coating (water contact coating). Mix Apcoflor MFP 140 Primer in a 1:1 mix ratio and apply as per Product Data Sheet ‘Version ‘0’, dated ‘Aug.2007’. Cure for 2 hours@25°C. Then mix and apply Smartcare Polyurea PW Coating as per Product Data Sheet ‘V01’, dated ‘8/2022’. Cure for 1 minute@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'Clean Tech HPEC 1001(J) Grey'. Factory applied, two-part, grey coloured (once mixed) polyurethane coating. Mix Parts A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's product datasheet 'CCPL/HPCCDN/SPL/20-21/5 /C/R11/PS/R3/90s/F', issue date '15.01.2021'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 35°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Endoprene 888.56'. Factory applied, beige coloured, two-part PU coating. Mix Parts A & B in a 75:25 volume ratio and apply as per Technical Data Sheet dated 09/12/2020. Cure for 8 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Resicoat PI (HKH01R)'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat the substrate to 180°C and apply and cure in accordance with Product Datasheet dated August 11, 2022. Post-cure for 30 minutes@230°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the pre-heat and post-cure conditions that appear on the approval. If the pre-heat and/or post-cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EP200 & POLYDECK WRAS'. Factory applied, cream coloured (once mixed and applied), two-part polyurea coating system. 'EP200’ is a two-component epoxy primer which is to be mixed in a 2:1 weight ratio and applied in accordance with manufacturer’s TDS dated ’25 August 2017’. ‘POLYDECK WRAS' is a two-component polyurea coating which is to be mixed in a 1:1 ratio and applied in accordance with manufacturer’s TDS revision date ’01-2020’. Cure for 24 hours at 25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Rhenolub® MK I-RB FDA'. Factory applied, clear epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'version 1' dated 28.10.2022. Cure for 30 minutes@140°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Valve Green Powder Coating Pulver 010'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet ‘FR.07.03.18 Rev. 01 08.03.2021', issued '30.03.2022'. Cure for 10 minutes@160°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'181019 Epoxy Phenolic RAL 5012'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy phenolic powder coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issued '15.01.2023'. Cure for 10 minutes at 200°C. For use with water up to 55°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Sikalastic 840 ES'. Site applied, blue coloured, two-component polyurea coating consisting of Component A, Component B and Component C (Pigment Paste). Mix & apply as per manufacturers datasheet dated 16/05/2022. For use with water up to 60°C. This approval is valid only for the material when it is applied by experienced, suitably trained applicators that are authorized and/or certified by Sika UAE L.L.C The authorization, training and certification of the local applicators are the responsibility of Sika UAE L.L.C and not the responsibility of WRAS.
'Fosroc® Polyurea WPW'. Site applied, blue coloured, two-component polyurea coating consisting of Component A (blue coloured) & Component B. Mix & apply as per manufacturers datasheet dated September 2022. For use with water up to 60°C. This approval is valid only for the material when it is applied by experienced, suitably trained applicators that are authorized and/or certified by Fosroc International. The authorization, training and certification of the local applicators are the responsibility of Fosroc International and not the responsibility of WRAS.
‘Belzona 1341 available in Blue & Grey’. Site applied, two-component epoxy coatings consisting of a base and solidifier. Mix and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions for use ‘FN10139’, publication no. ’07-03-19’. Cure coat 1 for 4 hours at a temperature of between 10°C and 30°C. Cure coat 2 as per in accordance with ‘full mechanical loading or water in manufacturer’s instructions for use ‘FN10139’, publication no. ’07-03-19’. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. `KA Tanking Slurry`. Site applied, grey coloured tanking slurry. Mix tanking slurry with water in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply coat 1 as per manufacturer's IFU 'AFSOL001', dated '05/04/2022'. Cure for 24 hours@7°C. Mix tanking slurry with water in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply coat 2, 24 hours after the first coat, as per manufacturer's IFU 'AFSOL001', dated '05/04/2022'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'CK GRP Water Tank Panel'. Light grey coloured, hot pressed GRP panel. For use with water up to 50°C.

'509 OE/UHMWPE' hose, manufactured by mandrel wrapping and vulcanisation. Multi-layered hose comprising of a clear PE inner layer, blue coloured EPDM second layer, white coloured reinforcement third layer, blue coloured EPDM fourth layer, grey coloured helix wire fifth layer and blue coloured EPDM outer layer. For use with water up to 23°C.
