'Chosui Coat Grey'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed and applied), two-component epoxy resin coating, Mix base:hardener in a 2:1 weight ratio and apply as per PDS 'CN:IF438122003', dated '03/06/2022'. Cure for 7 days@30°C and then 7 days@60°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Kubota Powder TK1413F (SPD)'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'RP23242', dated 'December 26, 2023'. Cure for 6 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Kubota Powder TK1413F I'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's PDS '4384-23-403' dated '2023/11/16'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'V-PET#1340QD-F GRAY'. Factory applied, grey coloured epoxy resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '2211447-2' dated '2023/11/16'. Cure for 20 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘EKOPIPE 900 Blue’. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a mass ratio of 2:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'No:09, Rev.Date: January 2021'. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EVER-SRC-1'. Factory applied, grey coloured Sulphate Resistant cement. Mix cement and sand in a 2:1 mass ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's instruction sheet '2024-09-10', revision 'A0'. Steam cure for 8 hours@50°C. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Epigard Solvent Free Epoxy Finish'. Factory applied, two-component, red coloured epoxy coating. Mix base & accelerator in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per user instructions dated '20th Dec 2024'. Cure for 24 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing and mixing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure/mix conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'VALVFIT 001 (blue) & VALVHIT 002 (red) Epoxy Powder Coatings'. Factory applied, blue or red coloured epoxy coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'VALVFIT-2412001' dated '12.17.2024'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'ENDOPRENE® 860'. Factory applied, cream coloured, two-part Polyurethane coating. Mix parts A and B in a 66:34 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated '26/05/2023'. Cure for 50 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EP015-UTB'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions reference 'PR-CA-00-024' dated 15-02-19. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘SikaTop® 550 Seal’. Site applied, white coloured, two component Acrylic, Cementitious waterproofing coating. Mix 1kg of part A (powder) with 333g of part B (liquid) and apply as per manufacturer’s method statement ‘10/2024’. Cure for 28 days@23°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'NATCEM 35'. Site applied, grey coloured natural cement mortar. Mix cement mortar with water in the ratio of 25kg:3.6 litres and apply as per manufacturer's IFU 'issue 4', dated '21 February 2023'. Cure/set for 4 hours@0°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Supranite 2400'. NBR/fibre gaskets which are white coloured on one side and dark cream coloured on the other, manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at reduced surface area to volume ratio.
