'0477 NBR 70' components. Black coloured, injection moulded NBR rubber ‘O’ rings, washers and lip seals. Shore hardness 70. The ‘O’ rings have an in-radius of 1.31mm, the washers 1.05mm and the lip seals 0.45mm. For use with water up to 60°C.
'NB70N-0203 Gasket'. Dark grey coloured, injection moulded NBR gasket. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.5mm. For use with water up to 85°C. When processing an application for WRAS Product Approval: The in-radius tolerance rule may be applied to the gasket, but only to gaskets and no other shape. This is the only shape of component covered by the approval.
'Lavelle BUR165'. Red coloured, transfer moulded, silicone rubber gasket. Shore hardness 40A. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'GFS Gas Flex Systems 543 Pipe Sealants'. Blue coloured pipe sealant. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS '01/09/2022 v1.0'. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
Single hole, triple outlet (swivel) combination tap assembly (brass bodies, various finishes - see model), incorporating a ceramic cartridge headwork with single lever operating member. Electronic controls allow the tap to dispense boiling, chilled or sparkling water. The vented models are supplied with a brass adaptor containing a plastic flow regulator and a combined EPDM washer and stainless-steel strainer, for installation on the mains cold water into the ceramic cartridge. They are also supplied with a stainless steel braided PEX lined flexible hose assembly and a stainless steel braided TPSiV lined flexible hose assembly both with ½” captive nut end connections for installation between the tap and a command centre, (which is not included as part of this approval).
