When applied as a three-coat system, the coating must be cured as follows: coat 1 = 24 hours@10 °C, coat 2 = 24 hours@10 °C & coat 3 = 14 days@10 °C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Sika MonoTop®-1010’, one-part cementitious bonding primer for use with ‘Sika MonoTop®-615’ one-part cementitious repair mortar. Mix ‘Sika MonoTop®-1010’ with tap water in the ratio of 25kg:5.25 litres. Apply as per manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet ‘020302020010000054, March 2021, Version 01.01’. Deck mounted single hole, single outlet (fixed) electronically controlled tap assemblies (chromium plated brass). The flow is controlled by a solenoid valve actuated via an infra-red sensor. Temperature is manually blended using a single lever operating member. The spout outlets incorporate plastic aerators. The inlets incorporate approved check valve cartridges, however, the complete assembly has not been fully tested to demonstrate that it provides backflow protection and stainless-steel strainers. Maximum operating pressure 8.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
