Mix cement, sand and water in a 1.0:1.4:0.35 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's work instructions document code 'WI/SP/FINC&B/02', issue '06'. Cure for 24 hours at 27°C & 70% RH. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Endoprene 888.55'. Factory applied, two-component, beige coloured polyurethane coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's Data Sheet 'Doc. 089' dated '01/07/2011'. Cure for 8 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Art-Coat'. Factory applied, colourless (transparent) PTFE based surface treatment coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'revision 3' dated 16-03-2020. Cure for 45 minutes@55-60°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. `RVK JDP01`. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's technical information document reference 'RVK-PRD-DI-002, issue #1' dated 2017. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EBONITA AL'. Factory applied, blue coloured hard rubber coating. Apply adhesives and coating in accordance with manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet dated 1st September 2022. Cure for 8 hours@140°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'TIMO-70 'O'-rings & gaskets'. Black coloured, injection moulded, EPDM 'O' rings and gaskets. Shore hardness 70. The 'O' rings have a tested in-radius size of 0.5mm. The gaskets have a tested in-radii size between 0.5mm & 2.6mm. ‘O’ rings with a tested in-radius size of 2.6mm were added to the approval in May 2023. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EC-6509-A'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM rubber material. Shore hardness 65. Tested in-radius size 0.5mm. For use with water up to 80°C.
'XR0270012'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.5mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'WN1743 BLK O-rings & gaskets'. Black coloured, injection moulded NBR 'O' rings & gaskets. Shore hardness 50. The 'O' rings have a tested in-radius size of 1.5mm. The gaskets have a tested in-radius size of 0.7mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
