'Resicoat PI (HKH01R)'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy powder coating. Pre-heat the substrate to 180°C and apply and cure in accordance with Product Datasheet dated August 11, 2022. Post-cure for 30 minutes@230°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the pre-heat and post-cure conditions that appear on the approval. If the pre-heat and/or post-cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Rhenolub® MK I-RB FDA'. Factory applied, clear epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'version 1' dated 28.10.2022. Cure for 30 minutes@140°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Valve Green Powder Coating Pulver 010'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet ‘FR.07.03.18 Rev. 01 08.03.2021', issued '30.03.2022'. Cure for 10 minutes@160°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'181019 Epoxy Phenolic RAL 5012'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy phenolic powder coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issued '15.01.2023'. Cure for 10 minutes at 200°C. For use with water up to 55°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
