Mitsubishi Electric ‘EHPT20Q – VM2EA’ stainless steel unvented primary thermal store cylinder unit. An inline booster heater is also fitted into the primary circuit. The cylinder is fitted with two pressure relief valves set at 3.0 bar. Heat is transferred from the stored primary water to the secondary water circuit via a plate heat exchanger which provides instantaneous hot water. The primary thermal storage cylinder is to be filled by the use of the supplied temporary filling loop assembly, which consistd of a stainless steel braided EPDM lined flexible hose, a lever operated brass spherical valve and a DZR brass double check valve assembly (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3) that incorporates a lever operated spherical valve. A primary expansion vessel is supplied to accommodate the expansion of the primary water when heated. An automatic air vent is fitted to the top of the thermal store. 'QuickSpray Industrial W coating for use with Quick Prime primer'. Factory applied, blue coloured coating system comprising of a primer and topcoat. ‘Quick Prime’ is a two-component epoxy primer. Mix parts A & B in a 1:2 volume ratio and cure for 4 hours@20°C. ‘QuickSpray Industrial W’ is a two-component elastomeric topcoat. Mix parts A & B in a 1:1 volume ratio, apply over the primer and then cure for 24 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C.
