'Relithane 151. Factory applied, brown coloured, two-component Polyurethane coating. Mix base and hardener in a 2.5:1 ratio and apply as per manufacturer's 'Standard Operating Procedure & Guidelines, Revision 2, 157/2022' dated 12th October 2022. Cure for 40 seconds@35°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'AL 8423'. Factory applied, dark blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS '08423', version '02-2024' and cure for 7 minutes@860°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Pentaline 1000 HT Red'. Factory applied, red coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy coating. Mix base and hardener in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'Chembur R&D/PI/23/02' dated 28/12/2023. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jotun Marathon IQ2'. Factory applied, two-component, grey coloured epoxy coating. Mix parts A:B in a ratio of 3:1 parts and apply as per 'Jotun Marathon IQ2' Technical Data Sheet dated '16 April 2021'. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'G52-06 Quick-drying type Black High Chlorinated Polyethylene Anticorrosive Coating'. Factory applied, black coloured polyethylene coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'XYJSMS002', dated January 10th, 2023. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘SIGMAPRIME 200 K Grey’ for use with ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 585 (white)’ or ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 585 (blue)’. Factory applied, white or blue coloured (once mixed and applied), two-part epoxy coating comprising of Coat 1 and Coat 2. ‘SIGMAPRIME 200 K Grey’ (Coat 1) comprises of a base and hardener to be mixed in a 80:20 volume ratio and applied as PDS ‘7416’, dated February 25, 2021. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 585 (white)’ or ‘SIGMAGUARD CSF 585 (blue)’ is to be applied as Coat 2 and each comprises of a base and hardener to be mixed in a 77.5:22.5 ratio and applied as PDS ‘7785’, dated August 19, 2022. Cure for 12 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'LMI Hygienic CML'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement mortar:sand:water in a weight ratio of 36:46:18 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'LMICMA012624', dated '1/26/2024'. Cure for 20 hours@40°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Alsen FBE Blue Powder Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet 'AIPL 1212/1', dated '07/06/2023'. Cure for 2.5 hours:235°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSC-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand:water: cement in a 1.5:1.0:1.0 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'GB0012023', edition 'A1'. dated '2023-10-10'. Cure for 24 hours at 25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Flexseal 163 Green`. Green coloured, compressed synthetic fibre sheet material manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 23°C. This material incorporates a natural ingredient. Please note that water companies will evaluate the evidence provided and may ask for more information and they reserve the right to refuse installation. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'SUS-GRP01'. White coloured GRP panel manufactured by hot press moulding. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Crystic Gelcoat 65PA Gel Coat' for use with 'Crystic 125PA GRP resin'. GRP resin, manufactured by hand lamination, for use with white coloured, factory applied gel coat. Apply as per manufacturer's quick guide 'issue number 1', dated 04/06/2018. Cure for 24 hours@23°C and then 3 hours@80°C. For use with water up to 50°C. 'Neama Liner Sand Filter'. Off-white coloured (translucent), rotationally moulded LLDPE filter. For use with water up to 65°C.

'INVA by Rarean'. Black coloured (with blue external stripe), extruded PE pipe. For use with water up to 65°C.

'WRAS 61713 EB 78'. Black coloured, hard ebonite rubber material manufactured by calendaring and autoclave vulcanisation. Shore hardness 78D. Tested in-radius size 1.05mm. For use with water up to 60°C.
'WRAS 61813 E80'. Black coloured, hard ebonite rubber material manufactured by calendaring and autoclave vulcanisation. Shore hardness 80. Tested in-radius size 2.2mm. For use with water up to 60°C.
'SME001 EPDM'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 60. In November 2024 'SME001 EPDM', a compression moulded EPDM rubber with a shore hardness of 75 was added to the approval so that a range with a hardness between 60 & 75 is covered by the approval. Tested in-radius size of 1.0mm and are for use with water up to 65°C.
'E59WKZ'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM rubber material. Shore hardness 58. Tested in-radius 1.0mm. For use with water up to 60°C.
'HT5557-10'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 55. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. Between January 2024 and March 2024, the material was for use with water up to 50°C. From April 2024 the material is for use with water up to 60°C.
'WN12/7/1 BLK 'O'-rings'. Black coloured, injection moulded NBR 'O' rings. Tested in-radii sizes between 0.89mm and 2.0mm. Shore hardness 70. For use with water up to 65°C.
