'FP60 Dark Blue'. Factory applied, dark blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'FP60/Rev:3' October 2020. Cure for 10 minutes@160°C. 'YHGuard8680 Primer & YHChlor6200 Topcoat'. Factory applied, blue coloured (once applied), coating system comprising of an epoxy primer and polyethylene topcoat. 'YHGuard8680 Primer’ comprises of a binder and hardener to be mixed in a 30:2.5 weight ratio before being applied as per manufacturer’s data sheet ‘8680 20220601’. Cure for 12 hours@25°C. Apply ‘YHChlor6200 Topcoat' as per manufacturer’s data sheet ‘6200 20220601’. Cure for 5 hours hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'SPL Gold Portland Slag Cement'. Grey coloured, factory applied Portland Slag cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a 1:1.4:0.35 mass ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's work instructions document code 'WI/SP/FINC&B/02', issue '06'. Cure for 24 hours@27°C, 70% relative humidity. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Pipeclad 704G'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's product information dated 'August 16,2022'. Cure for 12 minutes@232°C. For use with water up to 85°C.
