KARUMEL EX4413-F103. Factory applied, fusion bonded, epoxy powder coating available in blue or red. Apply and cure in accordance with 'Application Guide KARUMEL EX4413-F103', issue 'KCSA-230201', dated February 2023, (curing as per Section 3.6). For use with water up to 85°C.
'SGPAM-CN-WB01'. Factory applied, blue coloured water based coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'PAMPIPE-TDC-WA04', version '4', dated '16/11/2022'. Cure for 30 minutes@50°C. 'TYSN-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'CORROPOXY-FGE400'. Factory applied, red coloured, two-component epoxy coating. 'AYYTCM-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1:3.0:0.4 weight ratio and apply as per MSDS '20170508A1'. Luberpox – 2K – DS-Lackfarbe IV80, Wilo Grün nach Muster/IW80 Hardener (green coloured) & Luberpox – 2K – DS-Lackfarbe IV80, RAL 9011 Graphitschwarz/IW80 Hardener (black coloured). Factory applied epoxy coatings. Mix in a 5:1 weight ratio and apply as per Berger-Lacke Technical Data Sheet (rev. 41-06.11.2023). Cure for 7 days at 22°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'Resicoat RS Redbrown & Blue'. ‘Resicoat RS 506530’ (blue coloured) was added to the approval in December 2024. Factory applied, two component, redbrown or blue coloured epoxy coatings. Mix in a ratio of 2:1 and apply as per product sheet 'revision no. 4' dated 'May 11, 2023'. Harden for 24 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 60°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'RAX Cement Mortar'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1:1.5:0.6 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's work instructions 'WI-PRD-08', rev. '00', dated '01.02.2023'. Cure for 24 hours@28°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Pilotpack 3480, 5035, 3435, 4040, 7099, 3408, 3410 & 5020’ range of gland packings. 3480 & 3435 are dark grey coloured, graphitised PTFE based. 5035 is yellow & black coloured, graphitised PTFE/aramid based. 4040 is grey coloured, graphite based. 7099 is white coloured, acrylic/PTFE based. 3408 is white coloured, lubricated PTFE based. 3410 is white coloured, lubricated PTFE based. 5020 is light yellow coloured, lubricated aramid based. All grades are for use with water up to 85°C. For use only as gland packing material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'FH42Z', grey coloured, compression moulded carbon graphite disc. ‘FH82Z’, grey coloured, compression moulded carbon graphite disc was added to the approval in February 2024. Both are for use with water up to 85°C.
‘LURANYL® KR 2402 TW 35061, LURANYL® KR 2403 G4 TW 26343 & LURANYL® KR 2403 G6 TW 26343’. Black coloured, injection moulded polyphenyleneoxide/polystyrene materials. In May 2025, ‘LURANYL® KR 2403 G2 TW GY4090-24’ & ‘LURANYL® KR 2403 G6 TW GY4040-24’, dark grey coloured, injection moulded polyphenyleneoxide/polystyrene materials were added to the approval.
