Range of ozone cleaning units with a plastic body. The water which is discharged from these units is intended to be used for cleaning surfaces. The products incorporate a filter (cartridge and housing), pressure regulator and a stainless-steel strainer at the inlet. The flow is controlled via a metal solenoid which is operated by a switch on the front panel. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Cold water use only.

'Eurokote 468 Thixo Brun Rouge 500'. Factory applied, red/brown coloured, two-part epoxy coating consisting of a resin and hardener. Mix resin and hardener in a weight ratio of 70:30 and apply as per manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet version edit '23/01/202. Cure for 10 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'EXCELLUBE B300'. Factory applied, black coloured PTFE (low friction) coating. Apply as per instructions ‘issue 1’, dated 23.01.18. Cure for 20 minutes@240°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'Primgreen LAT 12035 & Unbrako wiscoat polyamide 11, ESY Blue 7265' coating system. Factory applied, blue coloured, polyamide powder coating system. Apply primer (Primgreen LAT 12035) and top coat (Unbrako wiscoat polyamide 11, ESY Blue 7265) as per user instructions ‘TSW/PR/02 REVISION A dated: 13.02.2012’. Cure both primer and topcoat for 12 minutes@215°C (each). For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Renderoc ST 05’. Site applied, light grey coloured, two part cement based mortar consisting of a liquid (white coloured) and a powder (grey coloured paste). Mix and apply as per manufacturer`s instructions 'ST/June 2022'. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'UPS 505 WAU Blue & Grey'. Site applied, two-component polyurethane coatings which are available in blue or grey colours (once mixed). Mix Part A (blue or grey opaque liquid) with Part B (amber, translucent liquid) in a 100:30.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet ‘TDS – UPS505WAU - Version 6 – August 2022'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Belzona 5892'. Site applied, epoxy coating consisting of Belzona 5892 (white – Parts A & B) & Belzona 5892 (grey – Parts A & B). Belzona 5892 (white – Parts A & B) are mixed in a weight ratio of 5.7:1 and then applied as a first coat (no cure) in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions for use ‘FN10106’, publication number ’04-11-20(01)’. Belzona 5892 (grey – Parts A & B) are mixed in a weight ratio of 5.7:1 and then applied to the white in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions for use ‘FN10106’, publication number ’04-11-20(01)’. The final coating is then cured for 24 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Polyurea Rayston'. Site applied, blue coloured, two-component polyurea coating consisting of Component A, Component B and Component C (Pigment Paste). Mix & apply as per manufacturers datasheet dated 13/09/22. For use with water up to 60°C. This approval is valid only for the material when it is applied by experienced, suitably trained applicators that are authorized and/or certified by Krypton Chemical, S.L. The authorization, training and certification of the local applicators are the responsibility of Krypton Chemical, S.L. and not the responsibility of WRAS.
'Interline 925 Cream'. Site applied, cream coloured, two-component, solvent free epoxy coating. Mix part A (white liquid) with part B (yellow liquid) in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS ref. ‘2252’ dated 17/12/2020. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Sikalastic 840 ES'. Site applied, blue coloured, two-component polyurea coating consisting of Component A, Component B and Component C (Pigment Paste). Mix & apply as per manufacturers datasheet dated 16/05/2022. For use with water up to 60°C. This approval is valid only for the material when it is applied by experienced, suitably trained applicators that are authorized and/or certified by Sika UAE L.L.C The authorization, training and certification of the local applicators are the responsibility of Sika UAE L.L.C and not the responsibility of WRAS.
`KA Tanking Slurry`. Site applied, grey coloured tanking slurry. Mix tanking slurry with water in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply coat 1 as per manufacturer's IFU 'AFSOL001', dated '05/04/2022'. Cure for 24 hours@7°C. Mix tanking slurry with water in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply coat 2, 24 hours after the first coat, as per manufacturer's IFU 'AFSOL001', dated '05/04/2022'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. '4360 'O' rings, washers, membranes and lip seals'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM components with a shore hardness of 60. The ‘O’ rings have a tested in-radius size of 1.31mm. The washers have a tested in-radius size of 1.05mm. The membranes have a tested in-radius size of 1.55mm. The lip seals have a tested in-radius size of 0.40mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'7EP1197 Gasket'. Black coloured, extruded EPDM gasket. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 0.5mm. '7EP1197 'O'-rings' were added to the approval in March 2023. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O'-rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 0.9mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'KEP EPDM Butterfly Valve Seat'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM sheet. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.6mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'EX60LC, EX70LC & EX80LC'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM rubber materials. Shore hardness 60, 70 & 80. Tested in-radius size 1.2mm. For use with water up to 85°C.

Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM materials with a tested in-radius size of 1.3mm. 'EPW-50, EPW-55, EPW-60, EPW-65, EPW-70 & EPW-75' have a shore hardness of between 50 & 75 and are for use with water up to 23°C. ‘EPW-80' has a shore hardness of 80 and is suitable for use with water up to 85°C.
