Klingersil C-4430 plus. NBR fibre gasket material, manufactured by calendaring, which is red on one side and beige on the other side. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.

'ISOGLASS H8C 4036U NA'. Cream coloured, injection moulded polypropylene material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Sylglas Plumber Fix Copper`. Site applied, copper coloured epoxy putty. The putty should be kneaded together, its supplied in a pre-measured 1:1 mass ratio and applied as per manufacturer's directions for use dated August 9th, 2021. Cure for 24 hours@22°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Sylglas Plumber Fix Steel'. Epoxy putty which has a grey coloured outer layer, a black coloured inner layer and is grey coloured once mixed. Mix layers by hand until a homogenous colour is achieved and then apply as per product label. Cure for 24 hours@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SPIT ViPer XTREM'. grey coloured (once mixed), two-component vinylester resin anchor. Part A is a cream coloured paste and Part B is a dark grey coloured paste, supplied in a pre-weighed cartridge (10:1 volume ratio). Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'VIPER XTREM | 2023-1'. Cure for 24 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'RAMSET ChemSet 801 Xtrem XC²'. Grey coloured coloured, two-component vinylester resin anchor. 'E7108 'O' rings'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O' rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size between 0.5mm & 3.0mm. 'E7108 Gasket Seal Rings’ were added to the approval in June 2024. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM gasket seal rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size between 0.75mm & 2.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EP11/7/4 BLK'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM rubber `O` rings & gaskets. Shore hardness 70. The ‘O’-rings have a tested in-radius size of 1.5mm. The gaskets have a tested in-radius size of 1.4mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EPDM B1-4710'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O' rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.55mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'VULCAN VEE4 Bellow & Boot'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM bellows and boot components. Shore hardness 70. The bellows has an in-radius size of 3.0mm and the boot has an in-radius size of 0.9mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'OLDAL 460'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 50. Tested in-radius size 1.2mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'CHEMILINE AI060 FB 1304'. Black coloured NR & SBR material manufactured by calendaring. Shore hardness 76 D. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. Between June 2023 and June 2025, the material was for use with water up to 23°C. Between July 2025 and June 2028, the material is for use with water up to 60°C.
'RBL-9200-20, RBL-9200-30, RBL-9200-40, RBL-9200-50, RBL-9200-60, RBL-9200-65 & RBL-9200-70'. Transparent, colourless injection moulded silicone rubber materials. Shore hardness between 20 & 70. Tested in-radii size between 0.75mm & 2.89mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Weld-on 747 blue PVC Cement'. Blue coloured solvent cement. Apply as per manufacturer's product data sheet and cure for 4 hours@5°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Weld-on 721 ECO blue PVC Cement'. Blue coloured solvent cement. Apply as per manufacturer's product data sheet and cure for 12 hours@5°C. For use with water up to 40°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
