If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'NextGen NP-F9500 PW'. Factory applied, blue coloured powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'FBE/ REV00 01-02-2019'. Cure for 3 minutes@240°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Nylon 11'. Factory applied nylon coatings available in white or grey colours. The substrate the coating is to be applied to is heated to 310°C for 30 minutes and the coating applied as per manufacturer's work instructions 'WI-09-19 Rev. 6' dated April 22, 2020. Cure for 10 minutes@270°C. The white coating is for use with water up to 23°C. The grey coating is for use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hylon N1040 H2 BK397 W & Hylon N1030 H2 BK397 W'. Black coloured, injection moulded, glass fibre filled polyamide materials. For use with water up to 60°C.
'AASTER 962'. Brown coloured (translucent), injection moulded Polyester resin material. For use with water up to 50°C.
'Draka Comteq Cable Sheath: R607581 and R698927. Black coloured, extruded polyethylene cable sheath. For use with water up to 85°C.

For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a resin anchor having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1,000mm² per 1 litre of water. 'MasterCrete ANC 920'. Site applied, two-part (supplied with internal mixing nozzle so no manual mixing required), brown coloured chemical anchor resin. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'Version 1', dated '09.12.2024' Cure for 4 days@5°C. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a resin anchor having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1,000mm² per 1 litre of water. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.

'E9053AA 'O' rings'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM 'O' rings. Shore hardness 90. Tested in-radii sizes between 0.4mm and 3.65mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EPDM50P - ELAST45901, EPDM60P - ELAST46901, EPDM70P - ELAST47901 & EPDM80P - ELAST48901’. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM materials. Shore hardness between 50 & 80. Tested in-radius size 1.3mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
