'HT 204'. Grey coloured carbon bearing, pressed, sintered, impregnated with phenolic resin and rebaked. For use with water up to 85°C.

'SWEP Sealix Coating'. Factory applied, colourless (translucent) silicon dioxide coating. Apply as per manufacturing instructions ref. 'Sealix-2020-01' dated 2020-01-01. Cure for 3 hours@300°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'MAVM554'. Factory applied, blue coloured, epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'FR.07.03.18', dated 09.19. Cure for 10 minutes at 160°C. For use with water up to 85°C. Cure for 4 minutes@230°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Eco Coat Epoxy Blue Patch Up Paint (PFC/1017)'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix in a 3:2 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's IFU 'DOC/PFC/PU/101', dated '01.04.2024'. Cure for 8 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
`MECH WEY-Black, WEY-Red & WEY-Blue`. Factory applied epoxy coatings. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions '24136' dated 2025/1/26. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EM6/35/7541/1'. Factory applied, dark blue coloured Porcelain (vitreous) enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'IS_003', 'rev. 01'. Cure for 16 min 875°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'ET-52184 & ET-52185'. Factory applied, black coloured water-based silicone coating comprising of an under-coat (ET-52184) and finishing coat (ET-52185). Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'V8.2' issued January 2019. Cure both undercoat and finishing coat for 10 minutes@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Carboguard AQP FC Part A and Part B'. Site applied, grey coloured (once applied) epoxy coating. Mix Parts A & B in a weight ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet '8163', dated 'March 2025'. Cure Coat 1 for 24 hours at 20°C and Coat 2 for 7 days at 20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
