'TIANYI SUNS-012'. Factory applied, black coloured, bituminous coating. Apply as per manufacturer's user instructions 'File No.: Tianyi Suns-0024, Version: TYS-03, Date of issue: 2021-05-05'. Cure for 2 hours @60°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Valcoat Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Pre-heat the substrate and apply as per manufacturer's TDS with issue '01.04.2023'. Post-cure for 5-7 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TM-cement-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement. Mix sand/cement/water in a weight ratio of 1.7:1.0:0.74 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'TM20231122-A0', dated 2023-11-22. Cure for 6 hours@25°C (±2°C). Between November 2023 and November 2024, the material was for use with water up to 23°C. Between December 2024 and November 2028, the material is for use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JDFF epoxy powder coating’. Factory applied, blue coloured fusion bonded epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer`s instructions (Procedure #: Pc-01-3, Work Instruction #: JDFF WI-Pc-01-3-1, Revision #: 2, Issue #: 5, date: 10-01-2023). Cure for 2½ minutes at 232°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Cleantech PW'. Factory applied, two-component, red coloured epoxy coating. Mix component A and component B in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's product data sheet 'CCPL/TDS/R11/CRC/17-18/04/R6/spray'. Cure for 7 days@27°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Pipeclad 704G'. Factory applied, green coloured fusion bonded epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Product Information '704G_TDS', revised 'August 16,2022'. Post-cure for 12 minutes@232°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the post-curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the post-cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'KAJ1207'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions reference 'XA12312', dated 26/12/2022. Cure for 15 minutes@220°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'PPA571ES Black 700 & PPA571 Black 700'. Factory applied Polyolefin PE Coatings. Apply 'PPA571 Black 700' by fluidised bed according to manufacturer's data sheet '08/2022' and dip in the bed for 5-8 seconds. Apply 'PPA571ES Black 700' by electrostatic spray according to manufacturer's data sheet '08/2022'. Cure for 190-200°C for 20 mins. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'AL035P Interpon 100 Gloss Light Grey'. Factory applied, light grey coloured epoxy coating. 'C21 Dyopox PTW White'. Factory applied, two-part, creamy white coloured epoxy resin coating. Mix base and hardener in a mass ratio of 4:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated '2011'. Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Klubertop TP 38-901’. Site applied, (transparent) white coloured PTFE lubricant coating. Apply and cure as per Kluber Lubrication product information sheet ‘Prod. 099030, en-GB, Edition 12.05.2022’. For use with water up to 85°C.
'68093X'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply per manufacturer's instructions 'V2.3' dated March 2018. Cure for 20 minutes@200°C For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Planiflex PF41'. Green coloured fibre sheet material manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a jointing/material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio. This material incorporates a natural ingredient. Please note that water companies will evaluate the evidence provided and may ask for more information and they reserve the right to refuse installation.
'TEADIT NA1005'. Blue coloured, compressed non-asbestos NBR fibre gasket material manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 23°C.
'KORASILON® Paste hochviskos' & 'KORASILON® Paste M-S 2-200'. White coloured (translucent) lubricants. Apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet '30.01.2023'. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Magnetic Rotor, 011201_02_02'. Black coloured, injection moulded nylon magnet rotor component. For use with water up to 85°C.
'BWRB1620200'. In July 2024 the following pipes were added to the approval: ‘BWRB1620100, BWRB2020200, BTRB2525100 & BTRB3230100. Triple layered, extruded pipes consisting of an off-white coloured PERT inner layer, aluminium middle layer and white coloured PERT outer layer. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘Drinkflex Aquarius 3G1, 3G1,5, 3G2,5, 3G4, 4G1, 4G1,5, 4G2,5, 4G4 & 4G6’ range of polyolefine cables. The cables have an extruded, blue coloured polyolefine outer (water contact) layer and are available with 3 or 4 internal cores. For use with water up to 23°C.
'RRS 502B GR1500'. In February 2025, ‘RRA 410B GR1500’ was added to the approval. Dark grey coloured, injection moulded PVC materials. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Chemfix CH+ MAX'. Site applied, two-part (supplied with internal mixing nozzle so no manual mixing required), brown coloured chemical anchor resin. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated 18/05/2022. Cure for 4 days@5°C. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a resin anchor having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1,000mm² per 1 litre of water. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'ME FGL 75D'. Black coloured, ebonite material manufactured by calendaring and autoclave curing. Shore hardness 75. Tested in-radius size 1.75mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'E24 EPDM moulded parts.' Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM seals. Shore hardness 75. Type 1 moulded seals have a tested in-radius size of 4.2mm and Type 2 moulded seals have a tested in-radius size of 0.7mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'01/U70EP 'O' ring' with a tested in-radius size between 0.5mm & 3.5mm. In June 2024, the follow components were added to the approval: ‘01/U70EP Cylindrical Gasket’ with a tested in-radius size between 0.9mm & 1.25mm. ‘01/U70EP Membrane’ with a tested in-radius size between 2.1mm & 5.5mm. ‘Paryls® PPSU F1550NC (natural grade – appears brown), F1550GY (grey coloured), F1550BK (black coloured) & F1550WH (white coloured)’. Injection moulded PPSU materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'POKETONE’ range of natural (appears light brown), grey and black, injection moulded Polyketone materials. For use with water up to 85°C. 'M(a)3FG(b)A-NP0, M(a)3FG(b)A-GY(c), M(a)3FG(b)A-BK(c)'. (a) indicates the MI(g/min) or viscosity of its neat resin and is replaced with: 9 = 150~250, 3 = 40~80, 6 - 4~8 or 7 = 2~4. (b) indicates the content of glass fibre and is replaced numbers between 1 & 9 (9 indicating the maximum of 50%). NP0 indicates natural material, GY indicates grey material & BK indicates black material. (c) can indicate a random product number of each grade OR the ratio of carbon black and is replaced with numbers between 0 & 9.
