‘E1H8691 ValveClad, E1H8868 ValveClad & E2H6531’. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coatings (manufactured in UK and France). Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions dated January 2023. Cure for 10 minutes@180°C (metal temperature). E1H8691 ValveClad and E1H8868 ValveClad are for use with water up to 23°C. E2H6531 is for use with water up to 70°C. 'BFSC RIZHAO S&M&B DN 22'. Factory applied, grey coloured Blast Furnace Slag Cement Mortar Lining. Mix cement and sand in a weight ratio of 1:2.2. Mix this with water in a 0.46:1 weight ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS '1008', dated '20221008'. Cure for 9 hours at 60°C & 95% humidity. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'SATHAVAHANA Ordinary Portland Cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured Ordinary Portland Cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a mass ratio of 1:1.5:0.5. Apply as per work instructions 'JSAW/AP01/DISP/PRO/WI-09', version '1.0', effective date '01.12.2022'. Cure for 3 hours at 45°C & 90% humidity. For use with water up to 50°C.
