‘PULRON 101 AQUA’. Factory applied, green coloured polyethylene coating. Apply a single coat (200μm thickness) as per manufacturer's instructions 'ELS.TT.C01.40', 'Rev00', dated '13.06.2023', Cure for 10 minutes at 200°C. Between June 2023 and December 2024, the material was for use with water up to 23°C. Between January 2025 and June 2028, the material is for use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Electrocoat EP812 Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-part epoxy coating consisting of a base and hardener. Cure for 1 hour@60°C followed by 7 days@28°C. For use with water up to 23°C. From March 2024 the material is for use with water up to 60°C. ‘Sikaplan® WT 4220-15 C & Sikaplan® WT 4220-18 H’. ‘Sikaplan® WT 4220-15’ is a light blue coloured, extruded multi-layer polyethylene sheet material comprising of glass fibre inlay between two polyethylene sheet layers. ‘Sikaplan® WT 4220-18 H’ is a light blue coloured, extruded polyethylene sheet material. 'TIMO 4-80 ‘O’ rings and washers'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM ‘O’ rings and washers. Shore hardness 80. The ‘O’ rings have an in-radius size of between 0.52mm & 2.67mm. The washers have an in-radius size of between 0.52mm & 2.71mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
