‘Inertol BS10’. Factory applied, black coloured bitumen coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer’s instructions 'BF-T06', issue number '03' dated 01.12.2021. For use with water up to 60°C. Petroleum or asphaltic bitumen, NOT coal tar bitumen. Materials listed in this section are not approved for use for contact with water that is required to be wholesome on large water retaining structures such as lining of pipes, cisterns or water storage tanks.
'V- SRPC Portland Cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Cement. Mixx Sand:water:cement in a weight ratio of 0.6:1.0:0.22. Cure for 96 hours@26°C and then 576 hours@32°C. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Tecnocoat P-2049'. Factory applied, two component, grey coloured polyurea coating. Mix components A & B in a weight ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'v. 20-03-2022'. Cure for 48 hours@23°C. Between September 2022 and August 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Relipoxy 342 Food Grade Epoxy Coating'. Factory applied, brown-red coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's 'Standard Operating Procedure & Guidelines' issue number '116/2021' dated 15th Feb 2021. Cure for 24 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Apcoguard SF 157'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix in a 3:1 volume ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's Application Guidelines 'APPPG/SF157/001' dated 'Jan-2021'. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jerlac Two-Pack Epoxy Blue – 746 & Jerlac Two-Pack Epoxy Red – 747'. Factory applied, blue or red coloured, two-component epoxy coatings. Mix resin and hardener in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Cementitious Coating 851 White'. Site applied, light grey coloured (once mixed), two-component cementitious coating. Mix Part A (white liquid) with Part B (powder) in a weight ratio of 1:4 then apply in accordance with manufacturer's instructions '851 /031/012' dated 'July 2021'. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Interline 925GF (White)'. Site applied, white coloured, two-component, solvent free epoxy coating. Mix part A (white liquid) with part B (off-white liquid) in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions '2253' dated 29/11/2011. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Interline 925 White'. Site applied, two-component, white coloured epoxy coating. Mix part A (off-white white coloured liquid) and part B (off-white coloured liquid) in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions ref. '2252', issue date 17/12/2020. Cure for 7 days@25°C. Between January 2022 and August 2022, the coating was for use with water up to 23°C. Between September 2022 and January 2027, the coating is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'NO MORE DAMP Tanking slurry'. Site applied, grey coloured, cementitious tanking slurry supplied in powder form. 'Aropol M 105 TA WRAS’ (formerly known as ‘Aropol M 105 TA’) & ‘Enguard GE NTRL HH WRAS’ (formerly known as ‘Enguard GE NTRL HH'): Translucent straw coloured (glossy one side textured the other), polyester laminating resin manufactured by hand lay-up & gelcoat (brush applied), sheet material. ‘Aropol M 105 TAXR’ & ‘Enguard GE WHI S WRAS’ (formerly known as ‘Enguard GE WHI S’): White coloured (glossy) on one side, translucent straw coloured (textured on the other), polyester laminating resin manufactured by hand lay-up & gelcoat (spray applied), sheet material. Apply as per Ineos Composites method statement ‘Preparation of laminated products for freshwater applications (WRAS)’, ‘code R071, edition 2’ dated 19.1.22. Cure for 9 hours at 23°C with 2% of MEKP-50 catalyst, post-cure for 24 hours@50°C and wash part thoroughly in water before use. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'AXIL-76/T-MD'. White coloured (translucent), extruded silicone rubber hose. Shore hardness 80. Tested in-radius size between 0.75mm & 2.1mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'PlumbSil & PlumbSil HT'. Colourless silicone greases. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated 18th Jan 2022. For use with water up to 65°C.
'S350 Silicone Fluid'. Colourless (transparent) silicone lubricant. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions for use 'LDAP-009', issue 1 dated May 2021. For use with water up to 85°C.
