'AQUAPEA® In-line Repair'. Site applied, dark grey coloured (once mixed), two-part epoxy putty (light grey and dark grey coloured) and polypropylene core (white, translucent). Mix & cure as per the document: “Aquapea method statement issue 1 dated 23-04-21” . For use with water up to 23°C.
'4273 'O' rings and washers'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O' rings and washers. Shore hardness 70. The 'O' rings have an in-radius size of 1.31mm. The washers have an in-radius size of 2.00mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'OLDAL VMQ880 65TR – VMQ4303'. Colourless (translucent), extruded VMQ rubber material. Shore hardness 75. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'TEC S147 R.-45 ROSSO'. Orange coloured, injection moulded, silicone rubber 'O' rings & gaskets. Shore hardness 45. Tested in-radius size between 0.5mm & 2.6mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Loctite EA 9480'. Site applied, two-component, white coloured (once mixed) epoxy adhesive. Mix and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet dated October 2014. Cure for 7 days@22°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ULTEM', injection moulded polyetherimide materials. For use with water up to 85°C. PW1000-1000, PW1000-1000 and PW1000-1000W (yellow coloured). PW2100-1000, PW2100-1000 and PW2100-1000W (brown coloured). PW2200-1000 & PW2300-1000 (beige coloured). PW2400-1000 (grey coloured). PW1000-7101, PW2100-7301, PW2100-7301, PW2100-7301W, PW2200-7301, PW2300-7301 & PW2400-7301 (black coloured). ULTEM PW2300-1000 and ULTEM PW2300-1000W were added to the approval in June 2025.

The natural material may be coloured using the following INEOS Styrolution colourants at the agreed maximum percentage concentrations by weight: Pigment White 6, Black 7, Blue 15:3, Blue 29, Brown 24, Red 101, Violet 15, Green 7, Green 17 & Yellow 53. For use with water up to 60°C.
