'HEMPADUR 85671 System'. Factory applied epoxy coating system comprising of a pink base coat (50900), light green middle coat (42070), and pink top coat (50900 - water contact). Each coat comprises of a base and curing agent to be mixed in a 8.8:1.2 volume ratio before applying in accordance with manufacturer's PDS dated January 2023. Cure each coat for 7 days@20°C and then 20 hours@40°C. For use with water up to 30°C.
‘Nitocote EP405 (3821)’. Site applied, blue coloured, two component solvent free epoxy resin coating consisting of two bases (coat 1 base; Nitocote EP405 white & coat 2 base; Nitocote EP405 blue) & clear EP405 hardener. Mix parts A & B of each coat in a 100:13 weight ratio and apply in accordance with Fosroc data sheet issue 7 (CI/SfB: Pn6) dated November 2013. Cure coat 1 for 18 hours@7°C. Cure coat 2 for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TPU 2053, TPU 2054, TPU 2055, TPU 2056, TPU 2057 & TPU 2058'. Five layered, membrane systems manufactured by calendaring. The membranes consist of: 1.) a transparent polyurethane inner layer (in contact with the water), 2.) a tie layer, 3.) a reinforcing layer (PES or PA), 4.) a tie layer & 5.) a blue or beige coloured polyurethane outer layer (not in contact with the water). For use with water up to 23°C.
‘MoyaProof WS2’. Site applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component, polymer modified Portland cement based cementitious waterproofing membrane. Mix Part A (white, opaque liquid) with Part B (grey, opaque powder) in a 1:4 mass ratio and apply two coats as per manufacturer’s Technical Datasheet ‘CC/MP05/Ver09/01/21’. Cure Coat 1 for 2 hours at 5˚C. Cure Coat 2 for 28 days at 5˚C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Renderoc Plug 20'. Site applied, dark grey coloured, cementitious repair mortar. Mix with water in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's datasheet '14' dated 'June 2018'. ‘4158 – Discontinuous Aramtex® & lubricated PTFE’. White coloured, fibre packing material manufactured by braiding. For use with water up to 23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Chesterton Style 455EU'. Blue coloured fibre/NBR material, manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
‘Zytel® FG70G30HSR2 BK309’. Black coloured, injection moulded polyamide material. For use with water up to 23°C. From January 2024, the material is for use with water up to 60°C.
''REGJ64'. White coloured (semi-translucent), extruded PTFE tape. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Venda Tapafugas Blinker'. Site applied, off-white coloured, fibre glass impregnated, polyurethane repair tape. Apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet '01-02-29R R4'. Cure for 30 minutes@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. '07148-70' components. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM components with a shore hardness of 70. Sealing gaskets have an in-radius size of 1.0mm. Sealing membranes have an in-radius size of 0.92mm. Gasket membranes have an in-radius size of 0.85mm. Membrane seals have an in-radius size of 1.0mm. Sealing rings have an in-radius size of 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘07146-80’ components. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM components with a shore hardness of 80. Sealing Gasket with an in-radius of 1.5mm. Membrane Seal with an in-radius of 1.0mm. Sealing Gasket with an in-radius of 1.0mm. Gasket Membrane with an in-radius of 1.0mm. Sealing Ring with an in-radius of 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'ITK349601'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM C-seals. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'E24 EPDM Type 2 Seals'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM seals. Shore hardness 75. Tested in-radius size of 0.77mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EP90/4 BLK Seals and 'O' rings'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM seals and 'O' rings. Shore hardness 90. The seals have a tested in-radius size of 1.7mm. The 'O' rings have a tested in-radius size of 1.2mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'ML 57314'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 68A. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'210N' components. Black coloured, injection moulded NBR rubber ‘O’ rings, washers and lip seals. Shore hardness 70. The ‘O’ rings have an in-radius of 1.31mm, the washers 1.05mm and the lip seals 0.45mm. For use with water up to 60°C.
