‘Inertol BS10’. Factory applied, black coloured bitumen coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer’s instructions 'BF-T06', issue number '03' dated 01.12.2021. For use with water up to 60°C. Petroleum or asphaltic bitumen, NOT coal tar bitumen. Materials listed in this section are not approved for use for contact with water that is required to be wholesome on large water retaining structures such as lining of pipes, cisterns or water storage tanks.
‘PAM-MORTAR.D2'. Grey coloured (once mixed), factory applied Blast Furnace Slag Cement Mortar and admixture. Mix cement, sand, water & admixture in a mass ratio of 1:1.25:0.38:0.0008. Apply as per manufacturer’s technical data sheet dated 18/03/2021 (3rd revision) and cure for 48 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Promag'. Factory applied, black coloured (once mixed), polyurethane primer and topcoat manufactured in Suzhou, China. Mix components A & B of the primer in a 1:2 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated '13-01-2022' Cure for 2 hours@23°C. Mix components A, B & C of the topcoat in a 92.59%:5.19%:2.22% volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated '13-01-2022'. Cure for 20 seconds@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'V- SRPC Portland Cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Cement. Mixx Sand:water:cement in a weight ratio of 0.6:1.0:0.22. Cure for 96 hours@26°C and then 576 hours@32°C. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Tecnocoat P-2049'. Factory applied, two component, grey coloured polyurea coating. Mix components A & B in a weight ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'v. 20-03-2022'. Cure for 48 hours@23°C. Between September 2022 and August 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Relipoxy 342 Food Grade Epoxy Coating'. Factory applied, brown-red coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's 'Standard Operating Procedure & Guidelines' issue number '116/2021' dated 15th Feb 2021. Cure for 24 hours@30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Apcoguard SF 157'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix in a 3:1 volume ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's Application Guidelines 'APPPG/SF157/001' dated 'Jan-2021'. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jerlac Two-Pack Epoxy Blue – 746 & Jerlac Two-Pack Epoxy Red – 747'. Factory applied, blue or red coloured, two-component epoxy coatings. Mix resin and hardener in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
