If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval. Petroleum or asphaltic bitumen, NOT coal tar bitumen. Materials listed in this section are not approved for use for contact with water that is required to be wholesome on large water retaining structures such as lining of pipes, cisterns or water storage tanks.
'CY25C & MAT4000'. Grey coloured, phenolic impregnated carbon washers. For use with water up to 85°C.
'DAT-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement, sand & water in a weight ratio of 34.4:44.9:20.7. Cure for 8 hours@50°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Kerjiwal SRC'. Factory applied, grey coloured Sulphate Resisting Cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a volume ratio of 1:1.2:0.5. Cure for 28 days@32°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'MS519'. Factory applied, blue coloured Porcelain Enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated 2021.6.23. Dry for 2 hours@100°C before firing for 10 minutes@860°C For use with water up to 75°C. This material is only approved for the drying and firing conditions that appear on the approval. If the drying and/or firing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'GMF-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand, water & cement in a 1.5:1.0:1.0 weight ratio. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
