'Sealcoat Black'. Black coloured, factory applied petroleum bituminous coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions for use reference 'PC 819' dated March, 26, 2021. Cure for 18 hours at 30°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval. Petroleum or asphaltic bitumen, NOT coal tar bitumen. Cure for 7 days@20°C. Flogul® 645 Bleu 5005 is for use with water up to 23°C. Flogul® 645 Noir is for use with water up to 60°C. 'LDP-800 (1009GBSDT)' - white coloured & 'LDP-800' - blue coloured. Factory applied, fusion bonded epoxy powder coatings. Apply as cure as per manufacturer's user instructions file no. 'NP200917', 'version 1', dated 'Sep, 17, 2020'. For use with water up to 85°C.
'RUNBAO Epoxy resin coating 5017' (light blue), 'RUNBAO Epoxy resin coating 5005' (blue) & 'RUNBAO Epoxy resin coating 3016' (red). Factory applied electro-statically sprayed epoxy resin coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions version 'YZRB-2015V1.0' dated '2015-06-01'. Between January 2021 and 9th December 2021, the materials were suitable for use with water up to 23°C. Between 10th December 2021 and 31st January 2026, the materials are suitable for use with water up to 85°C.
'HSL-0588-3 Silicon Coating'. Factory applied, translucent silicon coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's instructions version 'BLT19.05 A'. For use with water up to 85°C.
'JH'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Heat substrate to 220°C for 30 minutes, spray apply coating and then cure at 190°C for 20 minutes. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the application and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Jotaguard VA 5001 Blue`, factory applied, blue coloured, fusion bonded epoxy coating. 'Jotaguard VA 5001 Red`, factory applied, red coloured, fusion bonded epoxy coating was added to the approval in June 2023. Apply both coatings as per Jotun Technical Data Sheet issued 9th November 2015. Cure for 5 minutes@245°C. For use with water up to 85°C. ‘Calomax Eclipse’ range of electrically heated counter top or wall mounted catering water boilers. The boilers incorporate a stainless steel cold water feed cistern which has a combined vent/overflow fitted with an insect screen. The water to the cistern is supplied via a solenoid valve which incorporates an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The water level is electronically controlled via level sensors. The water is dispensed via a manually operated brass bodied (chrome plated)/stainless steel bodied self-closing tap(s) or a push button controlling a solenoid valve prior to the outlet. The counter top models are supplied with a PVC coated flexible inlet hose (¾” BSP (F) x 15mm standpipe) and a push fit adaptor (15mm push fit x ¾ BSP (F)). Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar (to the solenoid valve). Maximum temperature of dispsensed water 90°C for PB3C10 & PB3W5 models and 97°C for all other models. Cold water supply only.
