Then mix and apply Smartcare Polyurea PW Coating as per Product Data Sheet ‘V01’, dated ‘8/2022’. Cure for 1 minute@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Rhenolub® MK I-RB FDA'. Factory applied, clear epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'version 1' dated 28.10.2022. Cure for 30 minutes@140°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SPL Gold Sulphate Resisting Portland Cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured Sulphate Resisting Portland Cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1.0:1.4:0.35 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's work instructions document code 'WI/SP/FINC&B/02', issue '06'. Cure for 24 hours at 27°C & 70% RH. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Sikalastic 840 ES'. Site applied, blue coloured, two-component polyurea coating consisting of Component A, Component B and Component C (Pigment Paste). Mix & apply as per manufacturers datasheet dated 16/05/2022. For use with water up to 60°C. This approval is valid only for the material when it is applied by experienced, suitably trained applicators that are authorized and/or certified by Sika UAE L.L.C The authorization, training and certification of the local applicators are the responsibility of Sika UAE L.L.C and not the responsibility of WRAS.
‘Belzona 1341 available in Blue & Grey’. Site applied, two-component epoxy coatings consisting of a base and solidifier. Mix and apply as per manufacturer’s instructions for use ‘FN10139’, publication no. ’07-03-19’. Cure coat 1 for 4 hours at a temperature of between 10°C and 30°C. Cure coat 2 as per in accordance with ‘full mechanical loading or water in manufacturer’s instructions for use ‘FN10139’, publication no. ’07-03-19’. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. `KA Tanking Slurry`. Site applied, grey coloured tanking slurry. Mix tanking slurry with water in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply coat 1 as per manufacturer's IFU 'AFSOL001', dated '05/04/2022'. Cure for 24 hours@7°C. Mix tanking slurry with water in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply coat 2, 24 hours after the first coat, as per manufacturer's IFU 'AFSOL001', dated '05/04/2022'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'BÜFA®-ISO-Gelcoat 3000-H 572-9735 & Synolite 5410-P-4'. Grey coloured, unsaturated polyester gelcoat with a hand-laid unsaturated polyester resin and fibreglass laminate. Apply and cure in accordance with manufacturer's user guides 'Q-035, issue 1' & 'BUKUG 1001, issue 1' dated 19/08/2020. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Brett Martin B9333 & B9444'. Blue coloured lubricant. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. No cure required. For use with water up to 23°C.
